A very pleasant hotel. The staff, starting with reception who were always very friendly, the waiters were delightful, and a special mention goes to the entire entertainment team. Everything was very, very clean; we loved it. We will definitely be back.

La piscina muy sucia. En cuanto a las instalaciones muy viejo todo y la habitación la limpieza es batallera.
El desayuno tardaban en reponer y muchas mesas sucias a las 9:30h la mañana sin recoger.
No había nada de animación para niños , ni mascota , muy soso encima lejos del centro de Guardamar que si cogías el coche no aparcadas, el parking al aire libre que nadie le vigila.

The daily room cleaning was average, but in the bathroom, for example, there were clumps of residue in some areas (towel rack, door, etc.) that could get sticky. They should check it more thoroughly; I understand this is due to the cleaning staff's lack of time, not negligence on their part. If you have more time, you could do more. They should check these little things because they can greatly improve the guest experience, since the rest of the hotel's cleanliness was more than adequate in every room. Another suggestion: could they include fruit at the pool bar during the TI? For me, it would be a huge plus—fresh fruit at any time of day! 🤩
La limpieza diaria de la habitación fue normal, pero en el baño, por ejemplo, había pegotes en algunas zonas (toallero, puerta...) de restos que podías quedarte pegajoso. Deberían de revisarlo mejor, entiendo que es falta de tiempo del personal de limpieza y no es dejadez por parte del mismo. Si tienes más tiempo más puedes hacer, deberían de revisar estás cosillas porque pueden mejorar mucho la experiencia del cliente ya que en el resto del hotel la limpieza era más que adecuada de cualquier estancia.
Otra sugerencia, ¿ podrían incluir fruta en el bar de la piscina en el TI? Para mí sería un gran plus, fruta fresquita a cualquier hora del día 🤩

The hotel is in a prime location, next to the sea and very close to Guardamar and La Mata in Torrevieja. The staff is very friendly. El hotel está en un sitio privilegiado, junto al mar y muy cerca de Guardamar o La Mata - Torrevieja. El personal muy bien. En cuanto al restaurante y la comida, el servicio es muy bueno, rápido y eficiente, también en la reposición de la comida, algo que se agradece cuando hay tanta gente en el comedor. Están muy bien y son muy amplias las instalaciones (cafetería, terraza, discoteca...).

Little variety in food for children, elevators are 5, but they're not enough. The worst thing is the location, next to the beach but 2 km from Guardamar, and the car park is terrible, so if you went near the town, you'd miss the car park spot.
Poca variedad en la comida para los niños,ascesores 5, pero se quedan cortos .
Lo peor la ubicación, al lado de la playa pero a 2 km de Guardamar, el aparcamiento fatal,por lo que si te acercabas al pueblo perdías el aparcamiento.
