          A 3-star hotel that feels like a 4-star. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast and dinner, free car park. I will definitely return. Many 4 and 5-star hotels could learn a thing or two from this 3-star hotel. We did a north-to-south route in Portugal, staying in 6 different hotels. This was the only 3-star hotel, as the others were 4 and 5 stars, and without a doubt, this was the best.

          The staff at the Hotel Cristal Marinha was very friendly and attentive. The water park Mariparque great (it is a very good plus for the hotel) , my girls and us loved it. The breakfast and the room were great.

          El personal muy amable, habitación y limpieza geniales.
          The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow, it becomes a challenge to get the car in and out. There is also no public transportation to the Mariparque, you have to use the car.
          La entrada al parking es muy estrecha, se convierte en todo un reto meter y sacar el coche. Tampoco hay ni un solo transporte público que vaya al Mariparque, tienes que usar el coche sí o sí.

          El hotel tiene una decoración muy bonita , así como la habitación. Cama principal espectacular.
          La cama de niña que aparece en las fotos de la oferta está paralela a la cama principal con su cabecero y resto de complementos. La nuestra era una supletoria que dejaba muy poco paso para ir al baño o salir de la habitación. La nevera no funcionaba , aunque tampoco nos hizo mucha falta.

          Hotel with beautiful decor, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinner also very good, they take care of every detail to the maximum.

          The room was spacious but the bathroom was a bit small for 4 people and the beds were bad...the extra bed, although my 6 year old daughter slept well because she was very tired at the end of the day, was very old and the mattress was very old...and the double bed was super uncomfortable to sleep two nights but no more because the back was destroyed.
          La habitación era amplia no tanto el baño que para 4 personas se quedaba un poco pequeño y las camas malas...la supletoria, a pesar de que mi hija de 6 años durmió bien porque acaba el día muy cansada era muy antigua y un colchón que en fin...y la de matrimonio era súper incómoda para dormir dos noches pasó pero no más porque destrozada la espalda.

          el wifi funciona fatal, se desconecta constantemente, eso si consigues conectarte, que no simpre lo logras. Se hecha de menos un poco mas variedad en los desayunos y cenas aunque la calidad de la existente es muy buena.

I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
