We just spent the weekend here and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was good and varied. The pool area was perfect; the kids really enjoyed the water park. The entertainment staff were very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel! We will definitely return.
Acabamos de estar un fin de semana y hemos estado de lujo. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Comida buena y con variedad. Zona de piscina perfecta, los niños disfrutan mucho con el parque acuático. Los chicos de la animacion muy simpaticos.

ON THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MENU IT SAYS PORT WINE, THEY DO NOT HAVE IT, IT IS HOUSE WINE, THE BOTTLES OF WATER ARE ONLY GIVEN AFTER 10:30 P.M. ONE OF THE BEDS WAS BROKEN, although the room is spacious and the beds are large. I have been to other Ohtels, but I am sure that I will NOT return to OHTELS LA HACIENDA. The pool is small for so many people.

No llegamos a tiempo 21, 52h .cierran a las 22h , no nos dejaron pasar a cenar pagamos todo incluido por todo el día y solo nos dieron una hamburguesa porque entraba en el todo incluido sino ni eso, para colmo nos dicen que como no hemos podido disfrutar del dia de entrada y llegar después de la cena salimos con el almuerzo PERO NOS COBRAN LAS.BEDIDAS EN LA COMIDA DE SALIDA Y EL TODO INCLUIDO ES SOLO HASTA LAS 12H DE LA MAÑANA. EN LA CARTA TODO INCLUIDO PONE VINO OPORTO NO TIENEN ES VINO DE LA CASA, LAS BOTELLAS DE AGUA SOLO LAS DAN A PARTIR DE LAS 22,30H.
UNA DE LAS CAMAS ESTABA ROTA.,aunque la habitación es amplia y las camas grandes.
