We stayed at Roc Meler for a 4 day 5 night ski trip. We were very impressed with the hotel and it;s facilites and hope to return next year. The rooms were clean with fresh towels everday. Food at the buffet was excellent with great quailty and choice. The shuttle service to / from the gondola was excellent and the facility to hire ski equipment at the hotel was most convenient. Last but not least the spa was relaxing, clean and never overcrowded.
Hair dryers. This was the only downside but quite a significant one for somebody with long hair! The hairdriers were poor quality and cut out to 'cool down' every few minutes which meant drying hair became an unnecessary episode.

Essen war frisch und reichlich. Personal war sehr freundlich. Danke an Lukas und Kollegin, die die kleinen schlechten Nachrichten immer freundlich an uns adressiert haben.
Leider war der Skilift am Hotel noch nicht offen. Somit fand kein Bus Shuttel statt. Also jeden Tag zum 6 km entfernten Einstieg ins Skigebiet fahren. Gott sei Dank waren kostenfreie Parkplätze noch verfügbar.

The hotel is very quiet with nice, modern and clean rooms, the breakfast is excellent (everything but the coffee! which would deserve some improvement).
We appreciated the transfer service the hotel provides from/to Canillo (all day long), so you can leave your car parked during your stay and forget about the troubles (driving in the snow storms etc.).
The Irish Pub is a very nice option for dinner if you're tired and don't feel like going out.
The wifi connection is really bad - it comes and goes constantly. We experienced a few blackouts during our stay (which also turned off the heating/aircon). No phone in the room which we would have definitely used a few times to contact the reception when we needed it the most. The spa is very pleasant, however if you plan to go every day, it might become a bit expensive to pay 10€ each/day. You're also required to pay a 10€ deposit for a bathrobe. No shampoo/body wash amenities in the bathroom (there is a dispenser in the shower that doesn't work properly).
We would have appreciated a room with a nice view as requested.

Very comfortable bed and the room was very clean.
Not far from town.
There was no available parking at the hotel, not even availability at the paid private parking. We had to park up the street, which was up a hill and no where near the hotel.
There was no shower door so the whole bathroom floor gets soaked with water when you shower.

Gorgeous hotel. Great rooms. Lovely staff. Food excellent. Ski delivery service to the hotel from SKI PAS 83 superb. New equipment helpful staff fitting the boots.

Personal muy amable. Desayuno super completo y cena riquísima. Vistas estupendas desde la habitación y facilidad para llegar al centro de Canilló ( al lado del telecabina) con el transfer que ofrece el hotel ( en 2 min).
Spa muy bonito y cuidado igual que las habitaciones.
La única cosa que se salía el agua de la ducha en el suelo del baño ( a tener en cuenta pero nada grave).
