not enough staff, it looks like 4 star hotel with 2-3staff? Definitely not 4 star, small spa and gym area, queues for coffee in the morning were awful, again not enough staff, lockers for ski equipment at very end of underground parking, shuttle service only until 17:00-17:30 so if for example lift is running late or you stop for a drink in Canillo... hmm then you will probably have to walk back to your hotel.Another thing shuttle runs from 9:00 am so if you planning to be just a little bit earlier than everybody else at the lift ... there’s no chance for that.

nice wee spa friendly guests - but hotel in the evening bit of a morgue.
Up the mountain no pavements and very difficult to walk back up in the dark - felt quite isolated. only pizza available in the evening. Also booked ski hire and first two shops wouldnt honour booking and so missed first hour of ski lesson trying to sort and find shop that would supply equioment.

Sauna not working, No option for decent dinner in the hotel or around. Closest dinner is a km away. The closest ski zone is mostly for kids, difficult to get to main ski zone of Grand Valira and difficult to go back. If there is a wind you may get stuck at another village and get back to hotel by road (bus, taxi?!?)

Absolutely wonderful! Excellent value for money! Very beautiful surroundings. Zero noise, super spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. The views are spectacular.

For those who like to stay right next to the tracks, this might not be the best solution. For me, it's perfect because I prioritize tranquility and stunning scenery!

Hotel just a 2-minute drive from the slopes (Canillo ski area), with shuttle service to/from the slopes at your requested time (9am-5pm). It has ski and boot storage, making it very convenient for ski holidays. There's also a small spa to unwind at the end of the day.
Hotel a 2 minutos en coche de pistas (sector Canillo), con transfer a/desde pistas a la hora que solicites (de 9 a 17h). Con guarda esquíes y botas, muy cómodo para viajes de esquí. También tiene un pequeño spa para terminar el día.
They offer a kitchenette in the room for an extra charge. There is no restaurant in the hotel or immediate surroundings, although there are options in the village (a 2-minute drive away).
Ofrecen una pequeña cocina en la habitación con un suplemento. No hay restaurante en el hotel ni alrededores inmediatos, aunque sí hay opciones en el pueblo (a 2 minutos en coche)

Very spacious rooms with separate living and sleeping areas, excellent room and general cleanliness, well-maintained accommodation, very good breakfast, easy free car park outside (a rarity in Andorra), option to cook in the room, excellent Wi-Fi in the room and surrounding area, friendly and helpful staff. It also has a small spa.
Habitaciones muy amplias con zona de salón y dormitorio separados, muy buena limpieza de habitaciones y general, buen mantenimiento del establecimiento, desayuno muy correcto, fácil aparcamiento gratis en el exterior (una rareza en Andorra), posibilidad de cocinar en la habitación, excelente wifi en habitación y alrededores, personal amable y colaborador. Tiene además un pequeño Spa.
