Cozy hotel, very clean and pleasant, very good family atmosphere. With absolutely all the services...boot dryer, car park, spa....

El trato del personal y las calidades de las instalaciones.
The Wi-Fi does not work very well, it constantly unwinds from the phone and it is very cumbersome to have to keep an eye on it constantly.
La wifi no funciona muy bien, se desconecta constantemente del telefono y es muy engorroso tener que estar pendiente constantemente.

The food, the SPA services have gotten much worse, before they were included in the holiday, with Half Board, now they are not, then the rooms barely have Wi-Fi, and then to have a room with LUMINOSITY views, without further ado, they charge you 100 euros more... they are quite expensive, I think they have gone up quite a bit, and they have made EVERYTHING worse, especially the food, the DINNER was not good at all.
Ha empeorado mucho la comida, los servicios del SPA, antes se incluían en el viaje, con media pensión, ahora no, luego las habitaciones apenas les llega el Wifi, y luego para tener una habitación con vistas de LUMINOSIDAD, sin mas, te cobran 100 euros mas... son bastante caros, yo creo que se han subido bastante, y han empeorado TOODO, sobre todo la comida, no estaba nada buena la CENA.
The dinners were very bad, the food was DRY and poorly cooked. And it's good that they charge for going to the SPA, in addition to the FEE for not being from Andorra, and being foreigners, paying €2 seemed frankly WRONG to me. We in Spain do not charge foreigners ANYTHING to enter.
Las cenas, muy mal, los alimentos SECOS, y mal cocinados. Y bueno que cobren por ir al SPA, además de la CUOTA esa de por no ser de Andorra, y ser extranjeros, pagar 2 € me ha parecido francamente MAL. Nosotros en España no cobramos por entrar a los extranjeros NADA.

The treatment of all the hotel staff is excellent, I am surprised by the good team they have and the good harmony that exists between them.
El trato de todo el personal del hotel es excelente, me sorprende el buen equipo que tiene y la buena armonía que se respira entre ellos.
One mistake is that they don't add pasta every night since when you come back from skiing it is a basic food, both for adults and especially for children.
Un fallo es que no pongan pasta todas las noches ya que al volver de esquiar es un alimento basico, tanto para adultos como en especial para niños

Excellent breakfast and dinner with variety. Impeccable rooms, very friendly and available staff. The spa to relax (€10) as well as the pub.
Petit déjeuner et diner excellents avec de la variété. Chambres impeccables, personnel très sympathique et disponible. Le spa pour se détendre ( 10 €) ainsi que le pub.
The distance from the village, shuttle service only starting at 9 a.m. with limited number of places in the minibus compared to skiers.
L'éloignement par rapport au village, service de navette ne débutant qu'à 9H avec nombre de places limité dans le minibus par rapport aux skieurs.

The staff, the attention, the facilities and everything in general. It is a very nice hotel. The ease of renting ski equipment in the hotel itself, at good prices.
El personal, la atención, las instalaciones y todo en general. Es un hotel muy agradable.
La facilidad para alquilar material de esquí en el propio hotel, a buenos precios.
The Esquiades offer is announced as including an entrance to the SPA; However, in the fine print it specifies that it is only for the superior room. This is misleading and should not be advertised like this. If you are booking a standard room, the offer should not be advertised including something that is not true. The price of car park (€18 per day) seems excessive to me.
En la oferta de Esquiades se anuncia como que incluye una entrada al SPA; sin embargo, en la letra pequeña especifica que solo es para la habitación superior. Es algo que induce a engaño y no debería anunciarse así. Si estás reservando una habitación estándar, no debería anunciarse la oferta incluyendo algo que no es verdad.
El precio del parking (18€ por día) me parece excesivo.

The staff is very friendly. Both breakfast and dinner buffets are of very good quality. Ski rental is convenient, you have a locker and a very good price. The transfer takes you and picks you up, and it is 5 minutes to the cable car.
El personal es muy agradable. Tanto buffet desayuno como cena es de muy buena calidad. El alquiler de esquís es cómodo, tienes taquilla y precio muy bueno. El transfer te lleva y recoge, y son 5min al telecabina.
