The food was great, lots of variety and very good, the staff very friendly and attentive and the facilities very good. Lots of activities for children, very good.
La comida genial, mucha variedad y buenísima, el personal muy amable y atento y las instalaciones muy bien. Muchísimas actividades para niños, súper bien.
The only bad thing is the wait at the elevators during peak hours and at the entrance to the dining room. I think there should be shifts and tables assigned for the entire stay, thus saving time in line and not having to have ushers.
Lo único malo son las esperas en los ascensores en las horas puntas y en la entrada del comedor. Creo que debería de haber turnos y mesas asignados para toda la estancia, así ahorrarían tiempo de cola y no tendría que tener acomodadores.

Many queues to enter the dining room at all hours. Queues in the elevators. There was no entertainment for teenage children. Elevators out of order to go down the swimming pool. Air conditioning turned off in common areas. For a 4 star hotel it lacks many details.

Lack of cleanliness in the common toilets, repetitive and low quality food. Poor organization in terms of schedules, since at peak hours there was a long queue to access the dining room and pool bar. As for compliance with the protocol covid, very poor by the hotel, they turned a blind eye to people who did not wear a mask in places that is mandatory and that they give written protocols upon arrival. The animation is the worst I have ever seen in my life, and there was only in the morning for a while and at night. They were limited to imitate television contests, it was boring and they were totally improvised, lacked a script and it was all on the fly.
Falta de limpieza en los aseos comunes, comida repetitiva y baja de calidad. Mala organización en cuanto a horarios se refiere, ya que a horas punta habia mucha cola para acceder al comedor y bar de la piscina. En cuanto al cumplimiento del protocolo covid, muy deficiente por parte del hotel, hacian la vista gorda ante la gente que no llevaba mascarilla en los lugares que es obligatorio y eso que dan ellos por escrito los protocolos nada mas llegar. La animación es lo peor que he visto en mi vida, y solo lo había por la mañana un rato y por la noche. Se limitaban a imitar concursos de television, era aburrido y eran totalmente improvisadas, carecían de guion y era todo sobre la marcha.
