The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are not very varied but everything was very good.
La habitación es amplia y cómoda. El personal de hotel muy atento y servicial. El desayuno y la cena no es muy variado pero estaba todo muy bueno.
Very little acoustic insulation between rooms, you can hear everything: conversations, steps, etc.

The location is perfect and the facilities for going with children are great (common spaces, entertainment at night and the disco).

The restaurant food is very bad. We have been coming for years and there is no improvement. Despite being an all-you-can-eat buffet, it's hard to decide what to eat. The carpets in the room do not seem to be very hygienic.
La comida del restaurante es muy mala. Ya hace años que venimos y no hay ninguna mejora. A pesar de ser bufet libre, cuesta decidir qué comer. Las moquetas de la habitación no tienen pinta de ser muy higiénicas.

It is great to go skiing in La Masella with children. You are directly on the slopes and they make plans during the afternoon and evening for them. They have a blast!
Es genial para ir a esquiar a la Masella con niños. Estás a pie de pistas y hacen planes durante la tarde y noche para ellos. Se lo pasan bomba!
The rooms are just enough to sleep 4 and the food is very average. The hotel is already quite dated…

Good mattresses and bedding. Pleasant stay. Very well equipped community room. Excellent dining service.
Buenos colchones, y ropa de cama. Estancia agradable. Salón comunitario muy bien equipado. Servicio de comedor excelente.
The rooms were very poorly equipped, two iron chairs, no shelf to put things on, nor to put suitcases. The hospital-type TV up there on the wall. Very simple nightstands. The toilets have a flusher, flush, and you can hear a lot between rooms.
Las habitaciones muy poco equipadas, dos sillas de hierro, ningún estante para poner cosas, ni para poner las maletas. La tele tipo hospital allí arriba en la pared. Mesitas de noche muy sencillas. Los wc van con fluxor, descarga, y se oye mucho entre habitaciones.

All hotel staff are very nice and attentive. The restaurant's food is exquisite. It has many areas that you can use and it will never be crowded.
Todo el personal del hotel es muy agradable y atento. La comida del restaurante es exquisita. Tiene muchas zonas que puedes usar y nunca estará lleno de gente.
The children's area closed very early and we couldn't use it. The pool was occupied by teenagers who did not respect the rest of the people and young couples drinking and playing loud music.
La zona infantil cerró muy temprano y no la pudimos usar. La piscina la ocuparon adolescentes que no respetaron al resto de gente y parejas jóvenes bebiendo y con la música a todo volumen.
