They should detail that the entrance from 12 to 18 is for the rooms, they gave us the room at 3:00 p.m. Very slow check-in, only 2 computers, 1 hour in line. The all inclusive does not include any spa.
Deberían detallar que la entrada de 12 a 18 es para las habitaciones, nos dieron la habitación a las 15:00.
El check in muy lento, 2 ordenadores solamente, 1 hora en la cola.
El todo incluido no incluye nada de spa.

Las atracciones de los toboganes con pocas colas de espera o casi ninguna.
For a hotel intended mainly for children, there was a great lack of basic food for them (no nuggets, no hamburgers, no pizza, etc.) halfway through the dining room service, the food ran out, desserts, glasses, spoons, they took time to replenish A waiter even told me to ask for some tongs to take food directly from the kitchen, which I still don't understand today. The cleaning in the pans when they heated the pasta was very poor (they washed without detergent from one customer to another, just rinse and scrub with a scouring pad).
Para ser un hotel destinado mayoritariamente a niños, había una gran falta de comida básica para ellos (ni nugget, ni hamburguesa, ni pizza, etc) a mitad del servicio de comedor se agotaba la comida, postres, vasos, cucharas, tardaban en reponer, incluso un camarero me llegó a decir que pidiera unas pinzas para coger comida directamente en cocina, cosa que no entiendo todavía a dia de hoy. La limpieza en las sartenes cuando calentaban la pasta era muy escasa (lavaban sin detergente de un cliente a otro, solo enjuague y refregar con estropajo).

Very friendly staff, the all-inclusive is great, better than in many hotels and they have a snack, which I think is a great idea.
Personal muy amable, el todo incluido está genial,mejor que en muchos hoteles y tienen merienda , que me parece una idea genial.
The food was a little repetitive, but overall good.

The Water Slides are great, the spaciousness of the room and the pleasant staff who leave their skin working.
Los toboganes genial, la amplitud de la habitación y el personal agradable y se dejan la piel trabajando.
Lack of hammocks, little control over their booking, lack of staff in restaurants, the waiters give us more than the poor. Lack of utensils in the restaurant, cups, glasses, cutlery ..... Little lifeguard control, there are none in all pools.
Falta de hamacas, poco control de la reserva de las mismas, falta de personal en los restaurantes, los camareros nos dan más de si los pobres. Falta de menaje en el restaurante, tazas, copas, cubiertos..... Poco control de socorristas, no hay en todas las piscinas.

The children were very happy with the pools and Water Slides.
Los niños quedaron muy contentos con las piscinas y toboganes.
Lack of staff and the issue of the room they gave us a smaller room than contracted, we slept 5 people in two beds together, one goes to rest and we left exhausted from the back they realized a day before our departure
Falta de personal y el tema de la habitación nos dieron una más pequeña de lo contratado, dormimos 5 personas en dos camas juntas, uno se va para descansar y salimos reventados de la espalda se dieron cuenta un día antes de nuestra salida

Great, the children loved the slides, the animation a 10 and all the super friendly staff, waiters, entertainers, cleaning .... in general everything is fantastic, very happy, we will repeat for sure

My children have had a great time on the slides and the spa is very good.
Mis hijos se lo han pasado genial en los toboganes y el spa está muy bien.
The hotel is not adapted for disabled people. They don't have places for the disabled outside the hotel, I had to pay for private parking. Also, I had to pay a supplement for the room as they didn't give me a handicapped room nor did they adapt the bathroom.
El hotel no está adaptado para personas discapacitadas. No tienen plazas para discapacitados fuera del hotel, tuve que pagar el parking privado. Igualmente, tenía que pagar un suplemento para la habitación ya que no me dieron una habitación para discapacitados ni tampoco me adaptaron el cuarto de baño.
