Staff very kind and professional.
Hotel very clean.
Hotel very near the gondel to snowboard area, ice skating rink just across the road.
Daily in the afternoon mulled wine available at reception area where you can enjoy it by the fire place.
To store your equipment there was a room instead of lockers. Unfortunately not enough for all guests.
Buffet area to small for the amount of guests, more than once there was no table for me available. Had to wait a while.
Internet intermitted and some days not available at all.

Beautiful, comfortable and practical rooms. Easygoing and helpful staff.
I was in a second exterior room and the window was insulated, nevertheless, I think it was not noise insulated enough.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel is very near to lifts. Hotel manager was nice.
We brought our dog. They claimed our dog escaped the room somehow and let us know after all was finished. We were having breakfast in the restaurant and our dog was extremely scared when we entered the room. It was very bad attitude and not transparent communication by the receptionist. I had the full voice recording of the dog in the room. Receptionist did not listen and tried to blame us instead of communicating.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. We stayed for four days in two rooms and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Despite reporting it to reception every day, they kept telling us the same thing: that a technician had already come to fix it or that they were opening a new report. We had to go down to reception to get Wi-Fi since we were travelling from out of town and had no internet access.

We come back every year. The hotel is very well located, close to the gondolas, with nearby covered car park (50% discount with a ski pass) and a ski lockers room. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The buffet is well-stocked. The hotel bar is cozy for a drink before dinner. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche des télécabines, parking couvert à proximité ( 50% de rabais avec le forfait ski), local ski.
Personnel accueillant et sympathique.
Buffet bien garni.
Bar de l’hôtel cosy pour prendre un verre avant le dîner.

The hotel has excellent service and a good buffet, the rooms are clean, and they had a lovely gesture for my partner's birthday: they left a cake in the room with a greeting card. A very nice touch, definitely worth repeating.
