Very good
Visited several times before so knew what to expect, rooms are clean,modern and comfy, plenty of hot water, comfy beds. Staff are all friendly and room service offered on a daily basis
Something seemed different this time , meals not enjoyable due to noise and pushing/ shoving by rude guests and maybe quality of food prep not up to usual standards. Wi-Fi was terrible and giaconda restaurant was below par.

stayed here several times now and always enjoy. Great for a long weekend as its easy to/from airport using train. Rooms are modern and clean, staff are always friendly and helpful, Food/drink is good with plenty of choice although breakfast is a bit repetitive and chaotic at times. Wifi is usually good but was pretty hit and miss this time maybe due to room location.
Only the cliental its currently attracting to complain about, lots of rude behaviour, pushing and shoving during meal times and lots of shouting between tables. Saw lots of food/drink being left at tables which is simply a waste.

Everything would have been perfect except for a few waiters in the dining room, but otherwise everything was perfect... food, drinks, pool and nightclub waiters, cleaning ladies, everything was great.
Todo hubiera sido perfecto quitando algún que otr@ camarer@ del comedor, por lo demás todo perfecto.. comida, bebida, camareros de piscina, y discoteca, chicas de la limpieza, todo estupendo.
A few waiters in the dining room, but not all. The children's entertainment was a bit limited, but the entertainers were super friendly.

The buffet, most of the food was delicious. Antonio, who is in charge of the paella at the beach bar, was incredible and delicious. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and everything was delicious. From the pool bar, Samuel and Nieves were very friendly.

Empezando de que me parece antihigiénico que la gente se meta con camiseta en la piscina que no sea de ese uso, así también gorras etc..
Comer flases dentro del agua.
Lo de reservar las hamacas .. es alucinante eso parece las rebajas del corte inglés debería de estar prohibido ya que sé que hay gente que reserva y se va a la playa por lo cual esas hamacas están toda la mañana vacías.
En el comedor me parece fatal que sin haber terminado y con los postres sin tocar los quiten de la mesa o recojan sin habértelos comido por levantarte a por algo de beber. Sí están sin tocar sera por qué no hemos terminado 2 veces nos pasó.
En la habitación cabe destacar que limpian por encima ya que nos encontramos el segundo día una uña que no sabemos de quién sería.. pero nuestra desde luego que no.

Que un hotel con 4 estrellas no tenga zona de aparcamiento cuando llegas o sales para descargar el equipaje , no puedo llegar a entenderlo , 2 ascensores para tantos pisos es muchisima espera , es mejor cojer una habitación en el primer o segundo piso y subir andando , yo cambiaría el proveedor de zumos del desayuno pues como sidral de polvos , malísimos y por ultimo a la hora de ducharse el agua tanto sale fria como caliente un engorro. Pero si tengo que decir que volveria a venir otra vez, el hotel en general me ha gustado mucho calidad precio

A lot of peculiar people. Very far from the beach. Bathroom very old and no place to put toiletries. The pillows were terrible. The pool was not even used because the sun loungers were "reserved" from early in the morning.
