The spa facilities are good, with the water being adequately heated. However, I would recommend avoiding weekends as they tend to be overcrowded and with children, there seems to be a lack of control over their behavior, as kids are seen wearing slippers in the water, swimming in the Jacuzzi, and making noise.
The condition of our room was disappointing in several aspects. The mattress was completely worn out, causing us to sink in and resulting in considerable back pain; it's definitely time for a replacement. Additionally, the towels were extremely old. The incessant noise in our room throughout the day, possibly from some sort of engine, made sleeping nearly impossible. I strongly advise avoiding the restaurant as well. The buffet food was mediocre at best, often served lukewarm, with the only hot item being the ice cream. Arriving at 2:30 pm, we were informed that check-in wasn't until 4 pm, a policy I've never encountered in over 20 years of travel. Despite our wait, we were denied a voucher for a drink while waiting. Cleanliness was also lacking, with noticeable odors in the bathroom and old towels. It's worth noting that the quality of the Vichy Catalan hotel seems to have declined since my last visit, with everything going downhill.

La habitación muy vieja, los jardines sin cuidar, sin limpiar las malas hierbas, sin barrer las hojas.., la copa de cava d bienvenida me la puso caliente, porque decían que fría no le quedaba, el albornoz descosido y las toallas manchadas, por no hablar d los colchones destrozados, dormimos fatal, cn muelles.. no vamos a volver más...una pena

Ens van donar una habitació que donaba al pati de les aigues termals i sentiem un sorroll de maquines tota la nit tot i les vidres de aïllament de les finestres. Tambè no es podien veure canals com la 1, la 2, 24h, nova i en canvi vam veure canals d'Austria, Polonia, la BBC, etc.

A historic hotel, over 100 years old. Plenty of main areas, car park, and a large garden. I was surprised because they respected its essence. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very attentive. The food was excellent and the prices were very affordable.
