Todo! The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice, Nespresso coffee. Lovely spa, with unlimited access, quality beds with comfy cotton sheets. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Pas de la Casa!!

Convenient location, the room is cleaned daily, modern, (very) hardworking catering staff, nice spa, modern locker room - overall we are very happy with the hotel!
No live music band at bar, toilet seat a bit dodgy, no free water for guests or kettle facility.

The food was marvelous and the spa was extremely relaxing
As a young couple, it was really hard sleeping on two beds that were just joined together instead of a one big bed.

Everything is fine at this hotel. The only downside is that they require you to book more than two consecutive nights.

It is close to the slopes, the service is very good. They have luggage storage and a shower for the day of check out which allowed us to ski in the morning.
Està aprop pistes, el servei molt bé. Tenen per guardar maletes i dutxa pel dia del check out que ens va permetre esquiar el matí.
The heating is noisy and the thermal and acoustic insulation of the window is not too good.

Excellent location and services. Excellent cleanliness. Friendly staff. Well-organized rooms with a small walk-in closet at the entrance which is very convenient. Heated and very comfortable ski lockers with direct access to the street via a dedicated elevator.

The room didn't have a refrigerator or mini-bar; it was helpful to have the occasional piece of fruit if you had any. The food, although very good, was prepared around 7 pm and could occasionally get cold. This shouldn't happen in a hotel of this range.
O quarto não tinha frigorífico ou mini bar, ajudava a colocar uma fruta ocasional se tivesse.
A comida apesar de ser muito boa, era confecionada logo pelas 19 e poderia ficar ocasionalmente fria.
Para um hotel desta categoria não deveria acontecer.
