Located in the tourist city of Puerto de la Cruz, on the island of Tenerife. At 1Km there is the beach and Lago Martiánez which is a leisure complex where there is an artificial lake and pools around it, as well as restaurants and shops.

The accommodation has 24 hour reception, air conditioning, swimming pool for the season, free Wi-Fi, premium Wi-Fi for € 10 a day, solarium where the pool is located (open all season). It also has a small SPA so you can relax.

On gastronomy and restoration, it has: the Café bar from 10: 00h to 23: 00h. It also has a buffet restaurant where breakfast is served (from 07:30 am to 10:00 am) and dinner (from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm).

3.8 Mario y Lorena Travelled with couple Booked on Buscounchollo.com September 2018 Basic Upon arrival, we could leave the car in the car park lot they have to unload the suitcases, but then we had to look for a place (there was no one to park in the surrounding streets and you had to go far away), so when we arrived and left the suitcases at 14h in the room and went to eat, when we returned the room was flooded with water from the ice bucket of champagne. The second surprise was that the supposed "premium room with sea view" had no sea view anywhere, nor did the premium room, and the neighbors of the building across the street saw you changing, they saw you lying on the bed and in the toilet bowl. So privacy 0. The gel they have in the bathroom was worn out, we said so the first day and the fourth day it was still the same, without refilling. On the other hand, the schedule of the pool, which closed at 18.00h, invited not to use it, although we were given permission to swim, that if, continuing with the theme schedules, the animation of the hotel lasted until 23.00h and the coffee bar does not matter what time you serve you, that at 00.00h they turn off the lights and hurry you to leave, even being on the terrace. Not to mention the menu where you put the prices of the drinks and when paying they charge you for the mixed drink separately and WITHOUT NOTIFYING ANYWHERE. Focusing on the buffet, we took Half Board, at breakfast the food is quite acceptable, but an hour before closing, they remove the information signs of what each meal is (so you do not know what you eat ... if you have allergies be careful) and at 10.00h they start to remove all the food, we understand that they do not replenish more from 10, but if you neglect you take the plate out of your mouth. Dinner is a lottery, one day good and three bad, with no variety, and we imagine that the hard bread is recycled from breakfast. And we return to the subject schedules, totally adapted to the foreign tourist, because if you are tired and you go on holiday you have to get up early for breakfast and go pending the time for dinner, because from 21.00h and there is nothing acceptable to eat. The pillows left to be desired, very thin and the double bed were two beds of 90cm together ... the minibar is a rate of 15 € so if you feel like a coke, you pay the 15 €. On the other hand, the cleanliness also left something to be desired, being very superficial, as the droplets in the bathroom sink were still there 4 days later. Our room was 407 in building B, we had to go down two different elevators and down stairs and walk about 10 minutes to get to ..... In short, we would not go back.

Al llegar, pudimos dejar el coche en el parking que tienen para descargar las maletas, pero después tuvimos que ponernos a buscar sitio (que no había quien aparcase en las calles de al rededor y tenias que irte bastante lejos), por lo que al llegar y dejar las maletas a las 14h en la habitación e irnos a comer, al volver estaba la habitación hinundada del agua de la cubitera del cava. La segunda sorpresa fue que la supuesta "habitación premium con vistas al mar" no tenía vistas al mar por ningún lado, ni el premium tampoco, y los vecinos del edificio de enfrente te veian cambiarte, te veian tumbados en la cama y en la taza del water. Por lo que privacidad 0. El gel que tienen en el baño estaba gastado, lo dijimos el primer día y el cuarto día seguía igual, sin rellenarse. Por otro lado, el horario de la piscina, la cual cerraba a las 18.00h, invitaba a no usarla, aunque nos dieron permiso para bañarnos, eso si, siguiendo con el tema horarios, la animacion del hotel duró hasta las 23.00h y el bar cafetería da igual a la hora que te sirva, que a las 00.00h te apagan las luces y meten prisa para que te vayas, aun estando en la terraza. Sin hablar de la carta donde te pone los precios de las copas y a la hora de pagar te cobran el refresco de mezcla por separado y SIN AVISARLO en ningún lado. Centrandonos en el buffet, cogimos media pensión, en el desayuno la comida esta bastante aceptable, pero una hora antes de que cierre, quitan los carteles de información de lo que es cada comida (por lo que no sabes lo que comes... si tienes alergias ten cuidado) y a las 10.00h empiezan a quitar toda la comida, entendemos que no repongan más a partir de las 10, pero si te descuidas te quitan el plato de la boca. La cena, es una lotería, un día bien y tres mal, siendo la variedad nula, el pan duro imaginamos que reciclado del desayuno. Y volvemos al tema horarios, totalmente adaptados al turista extranjero, ya que si estás cansado y vas de vacaciones tienes que madrugar si o si para desayunar e ir pendiente de la hora para la cena, porque a partir de las 21.00h ya no hay nada aceptable que comer. Las almohadas dejaban que desear, muy finas y la cama de matrimonio eran dos camas de 90cm juntas... el minibar es una tarifa de 15€ por lo que si te apetece una cocacola, pagas los 15€. Por otro lado el tema limpieza dejaba también que desear, siendo muy superficial, ya que las gotitas del lavabo del baño seguian 4 días despúes. Nuestra habitación era la 407 en el edificio B, habia que bajar dos ascensores distintos y bajar escaleras y andar unos 10 minutos hasta llegar.... En resumen, no volveriamos.
