Highlight the staff, it's wonderful, especially the animation, I've never been to a hotel with such good animation, so complete and with such nice people in charge! Then the waitresses are also very nice and very current, as is the cleaning, which is super thorough. The buffet food should also be highlighted, it was all very good and much variety and little repetition. Without a doubt if I return to Benidorm, I will return to the hotel because it was a great stay!
La primera impresión del hotel no fue del todo buena, ya que para ser un 4 estrellas algunas cosas de las instalaciones me parecieron algo viejas…pero la verdad que a medida que fueron pasando los días me cambió la opinión por completo! Destacar el personal, es maravilloso, sobretodo la animación, jamás había estado en un hotel con una animación tan buena, tan completa y con personas tan simpáticas al cargo! Luego los camareros son también muy simpáticas y muy currantes, al igual que la limpieza, que es súper profunda. Destacar también la comida del bufet, estaba todo muy bueno y mucha variedad y poca repetición. Sin duda si vuelvo a Benidorm, volveré al hotel porque ha sido una estancia estupenda!

We were there from September 1 to 7 and it was really great. The rooms are very good. New and spacious. The food at the buffet, although there is not much variety (especially desserts), was delicious and varied. The main areas are very clean. Good atmosphere.

The only thing I didn't like very much is the pool hours since it closes at 7. The picnic was quite shabby (2 sandwiches), a piece of fruit and pastries. And another thing that seemed strange to me is that you couldn't take the food out of the snack for the sun loungers. Removing these 3 little things, everything is very good. Y otra cosa que me pareció rara es que no se pudiera sacar la comida del snack para las tumbonas. Quitando estás 3 cositas todo muy bien.Volveria a repetir en el hotel sin duda.

The staff is very nice (except the receptionist). The food was quite good. Easy car park near the hotel. The rooms were quite good and comfortable (except for the pillows).

Finally, the excessive use of English, when I think there was a vast majority of Spaniards in the hotel, apart from the fact that Benidorm is in Spain, as far as I know.....
Que se tenga que utilizar la tarjeta para el todo incluído me parece un atraso.
En todos los hoteles que habíamos ido era con pulsera y sin tanto "control"....
Me sentí como que me estaban controlando cada cosa que se bebía y comía.
Otra cosa negativa para mi es la animación.
Sólo hacían juegos en la piscina y poco mas....,aparte de que cerraban la piscina a las 19h,la mejor hora para relajarse con un baño.
En otros hoteles la animacion pone musica y te hace bailar,aquí ni se escucha la musica de fondo.
Sólo se dedicaban a jugar al waterpolo....
Por último,el exceso del uso del inglés,cuando en el hotel creo que había amplia mayoría de españoles,aparte de que benidorm está en España,hasta donde yo sé.....
