The most common phrase I heard was "there isn't one." And the staff was very unfriendly. I fell at the bar because the floor was wet and I felt invisible. They didn't even help me get up, and they'll never ask me how I was. I've been to other BEST hotels, but nothing like this one. The experience was HORRIBLE. There was no bacon for breakfast, and one day, not even eggs. The mojitos at the bar were horrible; they didn't taste like anything. The waiters looked like you owed them money. We only had the room cleaned one day to take the work off the staff, and that day they didn't even give us towels. At night, the all-inclusive guests served their drinks in small glasses... and I could write a book. Very bad.

The hotel was very nice, the triple room was comfortable and clean. The buffet was excellent. They have live grilled meat and fish every day, themed dinners, and an excellent breakfast, with pancakes, churros, and freshly made omelets. The buffet hours are geared toward Spanish guests, with lunch until 15:30h and dinner until 10:30 a.m. The pools are heated and very clean, open until 8 a.m. The location is best if you have a car, although they do have a courtesy bus to La Herradura beach. Overall, the stay was great.

Los horarios del buffet dirigidos a españoles, comida hasta las 15:30 h y cena hasta las 10:30 h Las piscinas climatizadas y muy limpias, abiertas hasta las 8. La ubicación es mejor disponer de coche, aunque tienen bus de cortesía para ir a la playa de la herradura. En general la estancia genial.

I'd like to congratulate the hotel's pastry chef. The cakes were the best I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel staff were excellent in their treatment, kindness, and good service.

A hotel with a terrible night's sleep and far from the beach, and even though they provided a minimal courtesy bus, they had to be constantly making holidays to get people up and down to the beach, since I in particular had a heat stroke and could not enjoy my five days at the hotel as I deserved.
