It is in a beautiful location and is quite calm. Breakfast are quite good except juices, and you can enjoy the spa.
We knew the hotel last year and decided to repeat it this year because our previous experience was wonderful. This time, they gave us a very bad room with an ugly appearance, very narrow and not clean. There were two bunks in front of the bed like it if was the war, and non tv. This one was very high upper our heads in our right side.
We decided to claim because it wasn´t a room of a 4 stars hotel, but they didn´t offer us anything not even an apologize. However, next day, they called us and offered us another room in the building 1, which host the good rooms and those we knew in our first visit, and we accept.
It is a pity that they didn´t react sooner because of the inconvenience on changing our bagage and because there was another couple in our trip, friends of us, which was hosted in this hotel due to our recomendation and they weren't offered anything.

Spacious, warm room, comfortable bed, quiet. Good place to stay if skiing at Formigal which is a 20 minute drive away. I would stay there again.
Large, unwelcoming, uncomfortable public spaces; canteen-like dining area.

The Spa pricing structure is on an international basis excessive and a significant disincentive to use the facility and certainly not on a daily basis - this is an error in marketing and appeal. The public areas are limited and need to be "warmer". The TV room lacks heating and in the middle of a snowy winter that was surprising - we left halfway through our movie - just too cold. The onsite store needs significant expansion but the gentleman running it is very good and creates a great impression.

El lugar es espectacular, rodeado de montañas.
El balneario necesitaría una reforma. Hay casas derruidas.
Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Los suelos están muy gastados, de la pared se le despegaba el papel. Se salia el agua de la ducha. Las camas tenían ruedas y se movían cuando te dabas la vuelta. No recomiendo el hotel.

Ubicación y paisaje excepcional, el lago y enveltos de montañas y cascadas. Las termas de Tibeiro muy relajantes. Detalles y felicitaciones de aniversario. Agua y copa de vino incluido en el precio de la estancia. Buffet variado y bueno. He repetido esta escapada.
