It's supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but for me, it's two stars too many. The mattresses were the worst I've ever slept on; they sank in and were completely ruined. We told reception, and they said they'd fix it, but nothing happened. The food was terrible. If you had any dietary restrictions, you'd only get grilled items and fruit. If you could eat anything, it was sparse, lacking in variety, and of poor quality. It's a hotel that pushes the envelope to the limit; it wasn't expensive, but there was a reason for that. Nothing like a 4-star hotel. It was very dated; the hallways were carpeted, and some rooms were carpeted as well.
Se supone que es un hotel de 4 estrellas pero para mí le sobran dos. Los colchones eran los peores donde he dormido en mi vida,se hundían,hechos polvo. Lo dijimos en recepción,dijeron que lo solucionaban y nada de nada.
La comida mala,si tenías alguna restricción alimenticia no vas a comer más que cosas a la plancha y fruta y si puedes comer de todo era escasa,poco variada y calidad justita.
Es un hotel que apuran al máximo los gastos,no era caro pero por algo era.
Nada que ver con un 4 estrellas.
Estaba muy anticuado,los pasillos de las habitaciones de moqueta y algunas habitaciones también.

Good location near the beach despite the hill. Rooms are very basic, but they're well-cleaned, and the air conditioning is great. The dining room is spacious and comfortable even when it's busy.

We were actually pleasantly surprised! The food was quite decent and had a good variety. The hotel was quiet, and for August it was great. The pool was great... Overall, everything was great!
