Hotel is nice and has been refurbished. Beautiful grounds, close to the beach and supermarket.
Language barriers, not a lot of staff understood English it was a bit difficult.
The TV only has programmes in Spanish and German so the kids were a bit disappointed.

All-inclusive is top-notch, with lots of variety at the buffets. Close to the beach. The staff was always friendly, and the entertainment was good. The best part is that we can choose a show at one of the three hotels.

The worst thing was the mattress. Compared to previous years, we've noticed a decline in mattress quality, making it difficult to sleep and rest. I think it's something they need to improve a lot, regardless of the room type, since it's a 4-star hotel. The buffet food isn't bad, but it can always be improved, especially the desserts, which are very nice but barely edible... Not just for us; we've seen them at neighboring tables at every meal. Perhaps simpler, more traditional desserts with a more normal flavor, texture, and fat content would be more appropriate. We found the shows a bit weak, especially if we focused on children, where they only liked Magic History, which featured Mickey Mouse.
Lo peor el colchon, respeto a otros años hemos notado el bajon de calidad del colchón haciendosenos dificil el dormir y descansar, creo que es un punto que deben mejorar mucho, sin importar el tipo de habitación ya que es un 4 estrellas.
La comida de los bufets, no esta mal, pero siempre es mejorable, sobretodo la parte de los postres elaborados que es muy bonita pero que a penas se pueden comer... No solo por nosotros, lo hemos visto en mesas vecinas en todas las comidas, quizás postres mas sencillos y tradicionales pero con sabor, textura y indice de grasas mas normal sería mas apropiado.
Los espectaculos, los hemos encontrado un poco flojos, sobretodo si lo orientamos a los peques donde solo le ha gustado Magic history donde aparecía miky.
