The food was very good and the location, it was very close to the Levante beach.
La comida estaba muy bien y la ubicación, estaba muy cerca de la playa levante.
I didn't like the bedrooms, I could hear everything. I don't consider it a 4 star hotel either, it really looks like a 2 or 3 star hotel.
Las habitaciones no me han gustado, se oía todo. Tampoco considero que sea un hotel de 4 estrellas realmente parece de 2 o 3.

Overall the experience was good. The best thing is the location, close to the beach and promenade.
En general la experiencia ha sido buena. Lo mejor la situación, cerca de la playa y paseo maritimo
I did not like the car park issue in the first place. We had understood that car park was included (nowhere did it say that it was low cost) and when we arrived we were told that it cost 15 € per day. We arrived at the room, which they gave us until 14:30 for thorough cleaning, and behind the bedside table, a used cotton swab.
The first days of buffet, very bad organization, there were lines up to half an hour for lunch or dinner. We all know the situation we are going through and that it is new for everyone, but the hotel is not at all economical, nor is there any discount since activities such as entertainment are reduced.
No me gusto en primer lugar el tema parking. Teníamos entendido que el parking estaba incluido ( en ningún lado decía que era bajo coste) y cuando llegamos nos dicen que cuesta 15€ el día. Llegamos a la habitación, la cual nos entregan hasta las 14:30 por limpieza exahustiva, y detrás de la mesilla, un bastoncillo usado.
Los primeros días de buffet, muy mala organización, se formaban filas hasta de media hora para comer o cenar. Todos sabemos por la situación que estamos pasando y que es nuevo para todos, pero precisamente el hotel no es nada económico, ni hay algún descuento ya que se reducen actividades como la animacion

The location is very good, you are walking distance to everything.
La ubicación es muy buena, estás a un paso andando de todo.
Dining room insufficient for the capacity of the hotel, many queues for everything, the cafeteria is very expensive, you have to go across the street that is all at a third of the price. There is no room in the car park and you can not park anywhere, all blue zone and have no agreement with any car park and do not give you solution. The breakfast is lousy. It has at least one star too many, it is not a four star hotel at all.
Comedor insuficiente para la capacidad del hotel, muchas colas para todo, la cafetería carísima, te tienes que ir enfrente que está todo a un tercio de precio. No hay sitio en el garaje y no se puede aparcar en ningún sitio, todo zona azul y no tienen convenio con ningún garaje y no te dan solución. El desayuno pésimo. Le sobra una estrella como mínimo, no es para nada un cuatro estrellas.

We had a problem of dissatisfaction with car park, and once exposed in the address, the director kindly paid us the amount paid. That professionalism on the part of the director comes to show that still in some places not only people are business. Thank you.
Tuvimos un problema de insatisfacción con el párking, y una vez expuesto en dirección, muy amablemente la directora nos abono el importe pagado.
Esa profesionalidad por parte de la directora viene a demostrar que todavía en algunos sitios no solo las personas somos negocio. Muchas gracias.
