We had a problem and they helped us a lot without problems! They are a charm at reception. The apartment, well, I could see the sea from the 6th floor and it was quiet (of course, it was January and there is no god in Salou) parking was free and without problem (January). El apartamento pues yo veía el mar desde planta6 y tranquilo (claro, era enero y no hay ni dios en Salou) aparcar gratis y sin problema (enero). Nos tenían el radiador encendido y se agradece. Tb tenían WiFi gratuito. Por precio y amabilidad, lo recomiendo

The dishes in the apartment were dirty (considering the time we are in, it leaves a lot to be desired in COVID protection). The beds were old springs, the room was old in general… I guess if you are a foreigner and you just go to party it is a perfect apartment.

The apartments are renovated, we had a couple of problems but at the moment they were solved by the staff. The treatment at the reception and from the guy who works for the ER after the reception closes, was great. Very attentive.
Los apartamentos están reformados, tuvimos un par de problemas pero al momento fueron solucionados por el personal. El trato en recepción y del chico que trabaja para las urgencias después de que recepción cierre, fue genial. Muy atentos.

The room was not the one booked, when it was reiterated several times that the bed should be a double bed. The kitchen area had a lot of grease even though the room was clean. It took too long to change us to the room we wanted in the reservation (more than half a day waiting as we needed to have our things in the fridge and we were waiting in the room to "do them a favor" and be there to make the change so that the staff did not have two rooms occupied. On the other hand there is the issue of behavior (mostly young French) that despite the staff doing everything possible for the good of the tranquility of the families, sanctioning these people with removing the bonds continued to liven up the nights of rest forming a scandal with police included. So much to my regret (and I repeat that the staff did their best), I do not recommend this area or at least these apartments for family vacations.
La habitacion no era la reservada, cuando se reitero en varias ocasiones que la cama debia de ser de matrimonio. La zona de cocina tenia mucha grasa aunque la habitacion estuviese limpia. Tardaron demasiado en cambiarnos a la habitacion que queriamos en la reserva (mas de medio dia esperando ya que necesitabamos tener nuestras cosas en nevera y estuvimos esperando en la habitacion para “hacerles un favor” y estar alli mismo para al realizar el cambio no tuviera el personal dos habitaciones ocupadas. Por otra parte esta el tema del comportamiento (mayormente jovenes franceses) que a pesar de hacer lo posible el personal por el bien estar de la tranquilidad de las familias, sancionando a estas personas con quitarles las fianzas seguian amenizando las noches de descanso formando un escandalo con policias incluidos. Por lo que muy a mi pesar (y vuelvo a repetir que el personal hizo lo posible), no recomiendo esta zona o al menos estos apartamentos, para vacaciones en familia
