          About the accommodation
          Located in the center of Melilla, the hotel offers the best location in town. It is next to the Plaza of Cultures and the Plaza of Spain. Guests can discover the most interesting places of the city on foot and go shopping at the best shops and typical bazaars. The hotel is located on the beach. The cafeteria, spacious and sunny, is on the top floor of the hotel overlooking the old town, the port and the Plaza of Spain. There are a total of 145 rooms at this city hotel. Facilities include air conditioning, a lobby, restaurant, Internet access and car park. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The minibar is another standard feature. All rooms also come with private terrace. Guests can unwind on the sun loungers with parasols laid out at their disposal in the nearby sandy beach. The restaurant serves a wide range of fish and meat dishes and desserts from traditional Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine as well as Moroccan-Andalusian cuisine.           Poor customer protection. The platform accepted a booking impossible to access due to expired check-in hours and was not refunded. Very disappointing experience!

          Hidden cancellation trap
          Hidden cancellation trap, dead phone lines, and silence I cancelled my booking (ref 3793920402) on 16 May 2026, well within the free-cancellation period that ran until 19 May. The cancellation failed for one reason only: the secondary “confirmation” email their system requires went straight to my spam folder. You are never asked to confirm twice when booking — only when cancelling — which makes this a trap, not a genuine process. I had to cancel for an unavoidable medical reason and sent a doctor’s certificate. The hotel itself agreed to waive all fees and approved a full refund. Despite that, Amimir still refused to refund me. On top of this, every phone number on their website is dead — I tried repeatedly and not a single one connects. When I emailed, they hid behind “we are only an intermediary, not the direct provider,” pretended they would look into mediating, and then simply went silent. No reply, no refund, nothing. If you book here, understand that there is no real customer service when something goes wrong. Avoid.
