The kitchen and dining room staff are delightful. The entertainment staff were also excellent.

When we arrived, they gave us a room on the second floor with lots of stairs, which was horrible for my husband's knee problems and my hips. We mentioned this at reception and showed them our disability cards. The next day, they gave us a ground-floor room with large beds near the pool. It was great.

Ideal for children. The entertainment, the mini-disco, and the pool with Water Slides are all great. Being apartments, you get extra comfort. The buffet is quite good, with a variety and themed dinners. It's right in front of the beach, which, although not sandy, is barefoot.

Check-in took about 45 minutes. It's obvious they're understaffed for peak hours. It seemed like they were cleaning rooms at the worst possible time. Either too early or too late. Since we're travelling with children, I told them not to. Accessibility can be an issue; we had a stroller and were given a ground floor room, but you might end up with an apartment where you have to walk up and down the stairs every day. I'd say the car park price (15 euros) is high for the area. It's true that the spaces are a reasonable size.

Como vas con niños les dices q no la hagan. The hotel is a great place for a family holiday. The entertainment and activities were good. There were a lot of people, but we usually had sunbeds and umbrellas. The three pools were well-spaced. The nightly performances were entertaining, with the magician Pedro Lucas and the excellent entertainment team the best. There was a restaurant, ice cream parlor, supermarket, and shops inside and outside the hotel. We stayed only as a room-only option, and the apartment came equipped with a kitchen with the basics, but it was fine for a few days. The beach is in front of the hotel, and there's a bus stop nearby for exploring the town.
El hotel está muy bien para ir en familia. Animación y actividades buenas, había mucha gente pero normalmente teníamos hamacas y sombrillas, con tres piscinas estaba la gente repartida. Actuaciones nocturnas entretenidas, lo mejor el mago Pedro Lucas y el equipo de animación bueno. Restaurante, heladería, supermercado y tiendas dentro y fuera había al lado del hotel. Nosotros fuimos en sólo alojamiento y el apartamento venía equipado con cocina con lo básico, pero bien para unos días. La playa está frente al hotel y parada de autobús al lado para visitar el pueblo.
We had a problem with the room because it was above the restaurant, and we didn't notice it at first, but at night we couldn't sleep because of the noise and whirring of motors throughout the apartment. A guy at reception named Alex was very kind and helpful and easily changed our room to a quieter area. However, there are a lot of stairs, so if you're travelling with babies, a lower apartment is better. As a suggestion, it would be great to have trolleys for carrying bags and luggage, because the hotel is very large and you'll have to carry a lot of luggage.
Tuvimos un problema con la habitación, porque estaba encima del restaurante y al principio no lo notamos, pero a la noche no pudimos dormir, un ruido y zumbido en todo el apartamento por unos motores. Un chico de recepción que se llamaba Álex fue muy amable y resolutivo y nos cambió la habitación sin problema, una zona más tranquila. Eso sí, hay muchas escaleras y si se va con bebés mejor un apartamento bajo. Como sugerencia sería genial poder contar con carritos para llevar bolsas y equipaje, porque el hotel es muy grande y andas mucho cargado de equipaje.
