It was very noisy. We couldn't sleep because of drunk hotel guests. I think it is not suitable for families with children. There is no iron in the hotel.

Enjoying the different places on the island is what I liked the most.

The food is very poor. The rooms need renovation because they are old. We had hundreds of ants in the room. The air conditioning did not work in our friends' room. The drink service at the bar was bad because we had to insist several days with multiple managers to get a glass for the drinks, instead of a tube glass. I do not recommend it.

La zona de la piscina esta muy guapa. Pero no abren cada dia el bar de la piscina, y has de ir a la planta -1 al bar del sótano a buscarte una bebida y volver a subir. Decian que era segun el tiempo. Pero han habido dias de sol con gente en la piscina y el bar cerrado!

The ALL INCLUSIVE is not ALL INCLUSIVE! The cocktails included are cheap and bad! Every day they offer you a cocktail of the day for free (mojito for example), but the next day it will cost you 6€ because it is not the cocktail of the day! It seems to me an abuse!
The food is very repetitive. The breakfast is varied, but every morning is the same! At each meal the fries, pizza and hamburger/hot dog are repeated. The hamburger meat is very bad. There is always some soup, some stew and vegetables. But it seems that the cook doesn't taste what he cooks because some days it was inedible. For example, the pasta of the fideua was overcooked, the chickpeas of the stew were hard.... Lucky for the salads that are always there and the fresh fruit, which is always there... ....
I missed the EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil! The one they have is not extra virgin!
Another bad thing is the coffee they have. The coffee machines make a very bad coffee, the worst I have ever tasted.
The snacks they offer at the bar are hamburger or hotdog and cold fries! Or sliced bread with cheese and sweet ham! At least if it was good!
The showers have a piece of glass partition, but a lot of water leaks out and the whole bathroom is wet!

Eso de TODO INCLUIDO no es TODO TODO! Los cocktails que te incluyen son de los baratos y malos! Cada dia te ofrecen un cocktail del dia gratis (mojito por ejemplo), pero ya al dia siguiente te saldria por 6€ porque ya no es el cocktail del dia! Me parece un abuso!
La comida es muy repetitiva. El desayuno es variado, pero cada mañana es lo mismo! En cada comida se repiten las patatas fritas, pizza y hamburguesa/hot dog. La carne de la hamburguesa es muy mala. Siempre hay algo de sopa, algun guiso y verdura. Pero parece que el cocinero no prueba lo que cocina porque hay dias que era incomible. Por ejemplo, la pasta de la fideua pasada de coccion, los garbanzos del potaje duros... Suerte de las ensaladas que siempre estan y la fruta fresca, que sino....
He hechado en falta el aceite de oliva VIRGEN EXTRA! El que ellos tienen no es virgen extra!
Otra cosa muy mala es el café que tienen. Las maquinas de café hacen un café malissimo, el peor que he probado nunca.
Los snacks que ofrecen en el bar son hamburguesa o hotdog y patatas fritas frias! O pan de molde con queso y jamon dulce! Por lo menos si estuviera bueno!
Las duchas tienen un trozo de mampara de cristal, pero se sale mucha agua a fuera y se queda todo el baño mojado!
La moqueta de los pasillos huelen mal!
Las ventanas y las puertas no aislan nada del ruido exterior, se escucha absolutamente todo todo y por la noche me despertaba a menudo!
