Luxurious duplex apartment with 5 double rooms and 140 m2 in the heart of Barcelona, next to Plaza Cataluña on the corner of Paseo de Gracia. The location of this beautiful apartment will make your visit to Barcelona easy and comfortable to plan. Among other great advantages, it is located a few meters from one of the largest shopping centers in all of Barcelona: "El Corte Ingles" and just 5 minutes from "Las Ramblas" and the Gothic Quarter. Close to Paseo de Gracia, street of the most luxurious shops in the city, and where the largest number of representative buildings of Catalan modernism and its greatest representative Antoni Gaudí can be found. On the first floor we find a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a small cleaning area with a washing machine and dryer. On this same floor the guest will find three bedrooms: the elegant master bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet and two double bedrooms with single beds. One of them is accessed by a spiral staircase, this bedroom is not recommended for people with difficulty climbing stairs or for small children. A modern full bathroom finished in white marble and glass completes the main floor spaces. An elegant wooden staircase will take you to the upper floor where you will find the other two double bedrooms. Keep in mind that this area has low ceilings that provide a loft-style charm. We also find another bathroom with shower on this floor. Informative notes: 1) Victoria City Center is located within the city of Barcelona in a residential area, therefore the night rest of the neighbors must be respected 2) There is a construction in process in the adjacent building. They always respect the legally established hours 3) The accommodation has a 200 liter hot water tank 4) Late check-in fee of € 30 after 8 PM.
