The apartment looks dirty. We stayed in an apartment from 6-8 and in another one from 2-4, but they consider the sofa bed suitable for 2, although it's small and they don't even give you bed sheets.

Decent value for money.
We had booked one room with a double bed and an apartment with three bathrooms, but when we arrived there was only bunk beds and two bathrooms. The reception staff said there was no other rooms left available. One of the showers had no shower curtain.

Although I showed the email we had to wait around another two hours for check in the lady at the reception replied with “not my responsibility”. Extremely unhelpful staff member in room 11 “Reception”. On day 2 we informed her of all the broken items in the rooms (lights, curtains,handles, shower head, pull out bed was literally broken on the floor). She replied with “this isn’t my responsibility “. When we checked out the same unhelpful lady checked one of the two rooms and said we had to pay a €40 cleaning fee per room (demanded cash only). The reason for the cleaning fee was not taking out the bins to the outdoor wheelie bin (we were never told where they were). We had to take €80 cash out for the “cleaning fee”. Lastly, the €200 deposit per room was not returned to us because the lady was having problems with the card machine. She asked for my IBAN and took a picture of my card and informed me the money should be back in the account on the Monday (this was Friday). Money didn’t arrive for 4 days

Very good wifi at the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable.
The apartment was clean and it looks like everything in the room is new.
There is a room with free lockers for the equipment, washing machine (payment) and a coffee machine.
There are many supermarkets around by.
The location is not close to the slopes and lifts (about 300-400 meters).
There is no elevator in the building (we were sleepingw ona the 3rd floor).
The staff was not speaking English and they weren't able to give us a paper toilet or trash bags when it’s over.

Location was away from the main town. Hot shower..Reasonably spacious.
On arrival found that there was an inadequate sofa bed which was meant to accommodate two adults for the week. Firstly I was not made aware of the one 'bed'..and I don't share with my friend. Even if I was prepared to the sofa would have been very uncomfortable for two. The man who showed us to the apartment was ok but didnt speak any English and we struggled to get him to sort the matter out. Eventually he went off and came back with a single mattress which my friend then slept on..on the floor..for the week.
The heating didnt come on for the week and we were only given one blanket each which was not enough..
The apartment was not easy to locate.

it was value for money ,always warm and fairly recently renovated.
The sofa bed is far too small for 2 people.even a couple would find it too small-the size of it should be clear to the customer.I am happy to say that Eduardo brought us another mattress to use so we were comfortable- as a sofa bed of approx 130cm is not acceptable,especially for 2 friends sharing
.At the very least the room should be described as a 'matrimonial room'

Apartment well located and very spacious, the girl in charge was super nice. The worst is the beds (they need to be changed) you notice all the springs and the wifi is not very good, but enough for a ski holiday

To begin with, it said an apartment with one room and there was none, a bed stuck in the living room next to a sofa, both very uncomfortable, impossible to sleep. The kitchen was not clean when we arrived. Just enough kitchenware for 3 people (literally 3 plates). The TV didn't work well (no sound) and the WiFi didn't work either, it was better to connect to the MacDonalds across the street (in a place where there is no roaming, unforgivable). I wouldn't go back in any way. They ask for the documentation by WhatsApp, when it was already sent by mail. Also to confirm the card to return the deposit. All wrong.
Para empezar ponía apartamento con una habitación y no había ninguna, una cama metida en el salón junto a un sofá, ambos muy incómodos, imposible dormir. La cocina no estaba limpia cuando llegamos. El menaje justo para 3 personas (literalmente 3 platos). La TV no funcionaba bien (sin sonido) y el WiFi tampoco iba, salía mejor conectarse al del MacDonalds que hay enfrente (en un sitio donde no hay roaming, imperdonable). No volvería de ninguna manera. Piden la documentación por WhatsApp, cuando ya estaba enviada por correo. También que confirmara la tarjeta para hacer devolución de la fianza. Todo mal.
