The staff, especially the restaurant personel of restaurant copacobana were very nice, kind and helpfull. Animation was very kind en humor. Very nice that there was 24 hours bewaking. Very tidy park. Close to the beach.

The friendliness of the staff, especially those at the terrace bar in the Acapulco building.
La amabilidad del personal, sobre todo el de la terracita bar del edificio Acapulco.
The annoying noise of loud music, shouting, singing, and bottle-throwing late at night in the room next to mine. I filed four complaints and left the hotel without any solution. I could barely rest at night because of the annoying neighbors and the heat we endured in the room. Two days we found the terrace open when we returned in the afternoon. I assume the cleaning staff was the one who left it open when cleaning.
El molesto ruido con música muy alta, gritos, cantando, colpes de botellas a altas horas de la noche en la habitación contigua a la mía. Puse 4 quejas y me fui del hotel sin que me diesen solución, casi no pude descansar por las noches por culpa de los vecinos molestos y el calor que llegamos a pasar en la habitación.
Dos días nos encontremos la terraza abierta al volver por la tarde, supongo que el servicio de limpieza fue quién dejaría abierto al limpiar.

To me it seemed like a normal hotel to spend a few days on holiday, clean room, good location to go to the most important places and spacious hotel, it has 6 swimming pools if there is no room in one store in another, good price knowing the area you are going to, in the sand you already know what you are going to find, lots of German, English, etc.
Ami me pareció un hotel normal para pasar unos días de vacaciones ,habitación limpia,buena ubicacion para ir a los sitios más importantes y hotel espacioso,tiene 6 piscinas si no hay sitio en una tienda en otra,buen precio sabiendo a la zona que vas,en el arenal ya sabes lo que te vas a encontrar ,mucho alemán,ingles,etc
The air conditioning in the rooms is a bit weak, it doesn't cool the room during the day. Breakfast was fine, dinner could be improved. You can have dinner but there isn't much variety. You'll get bored with chicken. They should provide more variety, especially for children. For example, out of 8 days we only had hamburgers and pizza on one day.

The staff was great. The location was great. Comfortable room. With IT food and refreshments during most of the day. Dining room cool, clean and very spacious. Many recreational areas with 4 swimming pools.
El personal estupendo. La ubicación genial. La habitación confortable. Con TI comida y refrescos durante casi todo el día. Comedor fresquito, limpio y muy amplio. Muchas zonas de recreo con 4 piscinas.
The buffet could be more varied, but you can get by. The pillows are thin, but arriving tired is not a problem, it would be nice to have a clothesline on the balcony and quality gel/shampoo rather than a dispenser.
Quizás el bufet podrá ser más variado, aunque te apañas. Las almohadas son finas, pero llegando cansado no es problema.Vendría bien un tendedero en el balcón y gel/champu de calidad mejor que de dispensador.

The rooms are very old and the bathrooms too, plus they are poorly maintained, they look abandoned.
The food is very poor in fruit and healthy things. Everything very adapted for tourists by schedules and type of meals and very little adapted to Spaniards or people with similar customs.
The area is not bad, but a lot of drinking and a lot of people on the beach, too many people, there are other much quieter areas and beaches not so crowded but for that you have to flee from the sandy beach.
Las habitaciones son muy antiguas y los baños también, ademas que están mal cuidados, se ven abandonados.
La comida muy pobre en fruta y en cosas sanas. Todo muy adaptado para turistas por horarios y tipo de comidas y muy poco adaptado a los españoles o personas con costumbres parecidas.
La zona no está mal, pero mucho botellon y mucha gente en la playa, demasiada gente, hay otras zonas mucho más tranquilas y playas no tan pobladas pero para eso tienes que huir del arenal.

We were very comfortable in the hotel. Close to public transportation and a 5 minute walk to the beach and many stores. Quiet surrounding area, except for some of the young people staying at the hotel. Friendly and pleasant staff. The all inclusive includes pizzas, snacks and drinks.
