This apartment complex is located in the tourist area, about 300 m from the beach and 300 m from shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. There are practical public transport stops just 1 km. The complex was built in 2002 and situated beside a main road and is surrounded by a lovely garden. It consists of 24 apartments in a 3-storey building features a lobby, currency exchange service, lift, toilets and lost property office. There is a bar and TV lounge. Additional services include laundry, room and medical assistance if necessary. The apartments have a bathroom, satellite / cable TV, refrigerator, safe, living room and kitchenette.
