I found them on the Internet, i made a fast research over de credibility of amimir.com and i booked fast because was cheaper than booking.com. I choose to pay only 10euro in advance and all the rest 1 week before travelling. Sure i will choose them next time. Thank you!

Booked hotel ( ID: 7642798 ) , got confirmation ( and meanwhile booked the flight to destination ) but 24 hours later got message from Amimir saying that booking is cancelled due to incorrect rates at homepage. They required an extra Eur 1500 for us to stay at hotel. Amimir refer to Point 10. Prices and Taxes in conditions ( and for sure they are correct but I didn't think I should have to read all conditions ) “AMIMIR.com may decline any type of contractual liability in case of typographical, location or numerical errors in its offers that involve a manifest and obvious error that could not go unnoticed by the average user. This exoneration of responsibility will only operate on those errors in respect of which AMIMIR.com would have proceeded with the diligence and immediacy required for its correction, communicating such situation to the client in a fast manner and reintegrating it, in its case, the amounts that would have been satisfied by himself.” SO HEADS UP WHEN YOU BOOK !

I was a bit worried at the start because much lower rates than competition and a tiny advance to secure the booking was a bit suspicous to me. I also did not know anybody who used amimir. At the end of the day I got a really nice hotel for a great price with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend the website and I will use it again.

Stay far away from this service as possible. I searched google maps for hotels and I ended up selecting a hotel that Amimir was partners with. The price was enticing. After paying with google pay, the day before my trip, they send me an email stating that their compliance department needed me to upload an image of my credit card and passport, otherwise they were going to keep my money and cancel the reservation. I've never had to upload such documents ever with any online travel sites. This felt like a scam. So I called my credit card company and they advised me not to upload personal data and image of my credit card. In addition, I asked Chatgpt and the response was alarming. It said that it most certainly is a scam. I have a feeling that even if I complied and shared my personal data, they would have rejected it like many others that have reported the same experience here. They create a sense of urgency by presenting the issue the day before the trip. Seems like a pattern based on what I've read. It's very surprising that they are still in business and that the authorities have not shut them down. My credit card company said that they will stand behind me 100% to dispute the charges.

I had a reservation through your app in serenity alma heights hurghada all inclusive after 3 days i contacted the hotel to make sure the booking is confirmed they informed me there is no such booking under my name or with the booking id and they dont deal with your app please i need assistance

I give this site a big fat zero I was searching for a hotel and I came across magnificent Mile downtown Chicago. I picked the dates 29th 30th 31st and the price came out to $39. Once I paid my money to book the stay they send me confirmation and at bottom it say you will have to pay $245.89 for a resort fee wtf you mean a resort fee that wasn't started before I paid my money

Very easy and clear process to book an hotel in Rome. I found the cheapest option here compared to other booking platforms. It was very clear that there were tourist taxes to be paid directly to the hotel while it wasn't that clear on other booking platforms. Excellent experience overall.
