The hotel was walking distance from the S'arenal beach and there is a bus service 3 minutes from the hotel that takes you to the airport. It is well connected to public transport. The food is good for meat eaters. Room was cleaned everyday and had a balcony where one can sit and enjoy the cool breeze. If you have a rental car, Parking in the streets is free.
The food options for vegans and vegetarians was limited. Booze is limited to wine and beer and there can be a wait time depending on how busy the bartender is. If you have a rental car, parking is difficult to find but it is not impossible.

The car park area is very poor. The buffet food is very basic. They charge for pool towels, which other chains don't. The rooms have uncomfortable mattresses and poor water pressure, with cold water then hot water.

Very good cleaning service, very good food. Very friendly and approachable bar and dining room staff.

One of the guys at reception, when he realised we were Portuguese, didn't explain where things were in the hotel, he was super rude, while we saw him serving Germans, Dutch people etc., and explaining everything, where the bar, the pool and the hotel services were. The all-inclusive is not like it used to be, we only have 3 drinks at lunch and 3 at dinner, but if we wanted to order a drink after lunch, if it was 5 minutes past the dinner/lunch time they wouldn't serve us. There were many that we didn't use. Check out very early, at 11am.
Um dos rapazes que estava na receção quando percebeu que éramos portugueses, não nos explicou onde era os sítios das coisas no hotel, super rude, enquanto viamos ele a atender alemães, holandeses etc, e explicava tudo, onde era o bar, a piscina, os serviços do hotel. O tudo incluído não é como antigamente, apenas temos 3 bebidas ao almoço e 3 ao jantar, mas se quisermos pedir uma bebida a seguir ao almoço se passasse 5 minutos da hora de jantar /almoço já não nos serviam. Houve muitas que não usufruímos. Check out muito cedo, às 11h.

Ofrecen All inclusive, pero solo incluye un par de bebidas. Ofrecen diferentes tipos de habitaciones, pero te ponen en la que les conviene. Da igual reservar una twin room que una doble. Pueden meterte en la twin y te dicen que es una doble con dos camas. Que es verdad, pero si seleccionas una doble, es porque descartas la opcion de twin.
Amimir no se responsabiliza de nada. Culpan de todo al hotel y al proveedor.
Si en la aplicacion de Amimir no pone ningun aviso, se entiende que una habitacion doble es una habitacion doble, y que un All inclusive es All inclusive. Si el hotel te da Pension completa, te dicen que eso tienes que tratarlo con el hotel.

Las camas eran cómodas, el personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones eran modernas, incluía la bebida. Relación precio/ servicio ofertado muy buena
El baño necesita reforma, el agua sale templada. La comida había muchos fritos, la situación está lejos de palma y faltaba información de rutas/sitios que visitar.
