Lovely hotel on the seafront with variety of shops and bars in walking distance. Long promenade which is flat and goes for miles.
Hotel entertainment during the day with lots of activities for young and old and nightly entertainment.
Drinks prices are very reasonable.
The rooms are a little tired and could do with a refurb but the beds are comfortable as are the pillows
The shampoo and shower dispensers were empty .
The food is pretty tasteless and overcooked and mostly tepid, there are however microwaves if you want to heat it up.

Excellent location, very spacious and well-equipped rooms. The food was varied, and I especially appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the kitchen staff regarding a child's allergy issues, even preparing a meal especially for him since there was nothing on the menu he couldn't eat. We would definitely return.

Large, impractical round bathtub. Dinner ends at 10 p.m., early for summer and Spain, and some meals were sold out half an hour before closing time and were never refilled. In the dining room, tables were left uncleared, forcing you to stand far away from the buffet. It's recommended that all meals have a sign, including those on the grill. Many plates were dirty when picked up and quickly ran out. Small spoons and bowls for yogurt and soup were very scarce. Milk cups should be placed next to the milk to avoid unnecessary walking. Entertainment was very poor. The communal bathrooms were very dirty and smelly, both at the pool and at reception.

El horario de la cena acaba a las 22h, pronto para verano y España, y había comidas que se acababan media hora antes del horario de cierre y no reponían.
En el comedor, mesas sin recoger que te obligaban a alejarte mucho del buffet.
Recomendable que todas las comidas tengan su letrero, incluidas las de la plancha.
Muchos platos que al cogerlos estaban sucios y se acababan rápidamente. Las cucharillas pequeñas y los cuencos para yogurt y sopa muy escasos.
Las tazas de la leche deberían estar al lado de la leche para evitar paseos innecesarios.
Animación muy pobre.
Los baños comunes muy sucios y con mal olor, tanto en piscina como en recepción.

Fantastic hotel in every way. Its location is perfect, right next to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was wonderful: the receptionists couldn't have been friendlier, the cleaning staff impeccable, respectful, and always smiling. As for the food, it was amazing: the restaurant is huge, yet the staff was quick to serve the tables and clear them away for the next diners to be seated, always with a smile and kindness. There were always different dishes, and every night had different themes (Asian night, Arabic night, Mexican night, etc.). We really loved it, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it. The pool area is very clean and cool too, with Water Slides and a couple of jacuzzis. There are plenty of staff making sure the children are safe and that there are no problems with sun loungers.I can't speak about the entertainment because we didn't stay to see it, but from what little we saw, families and their children were delighted. Congratulations to all the staff for the great work they do. It was a wonderful week there, and I hope to repeat it next year.
Hotel fantástico en todo. Su ubicación es perfecta ya que está justo al lado de la playa y rodeado de comercios y restaurantes. Su personal ha sido maravilloso: las recepcionistas no podían ser más amables, el personal de limpieza impecable, respetuoso y siempre sonriente. En cuanto a la comida fue una pasada: la parte de restaurante es enorme y aún así su personal no tardaba en atender las mesas y limpiarlas rápido para que se sentasen los siguientes comensales, y siempre con una sonrisa y amabilidad. Siempre habia platos distintos y todas las noches temáticas diferentes ( noche asiática, noche árabe, noche mejicana...). La verdad es que nos ha encantado y se nota que se lo curran. La parte de la piscina muy limpia y chula también ya que tiene toboganes y un par de jacuzzis. Hay bastante personal asegurándose de que los niños estén bien y que no haya problemas con las tumbonas. De la parte de animación no puedo hablar porque no nos quedábamos a verlo pero por lo poco que hemos visto las familias salían encantadas con los niños.Enhorabuena a todo el personal por el buen trabajo que hacen, ha sido una maravilla pasar una semana allí y espero poder repetir el año que viene.
