Receptionist. We waited two hours for them to give us our rooms and on top of that they didn't want to give us dinner. Very poor organization. I will never return to this hotel.

Pues cuando contraté la oferta hice hincapié en que como era temporada baja me pondrían en una habitación en altura y con posible vistas al mar pues ninguna de las dos cosas ha pasado me han puesto en un planta baja y vistas interior a la piscina,
En este aspecto la verdad que muy mal, no sé de quién será el fallo ya que en comentarios lo deje bien claro y me comentaron que no iba a haber ningún problema y que estaba comunicado al hotel

-The location of the hotel
-The food (half board) was quite poor for a 4 star hotel.
-Breakfast is also very poor
-The fact that they charge you 50 euros for a deposit in case you break something, even if they and the agency have your credit cards, you still have to pay them, it is not worthy of a 4 star hotel.
-4 star hotel that should have 2 stars at the most.
There are better options in Benidorm with less stars.

-El desayuno muy pobre también
-Que te cobren 50 euros x gastos de depósito por si rompes algo, a pasear de tener ellos y la agencia tus tarjetas de crédito igual tienes q pagarles, no es digno de un 4 estrellas
-Hotel 4 estrellas que debería tener 2 estrellas como mucho

The price is very economical and you can't ask for more for the service received.
