La comida sobre todo , era escasa sin sabor y repetitiva,llamamos la atención en recepción porque el buffet cerraba a las 21:30h y antes de las 21h ya empezaban a retirar comida y decir que no había , encima de escasa y repetitiva lo poco q ponían si te descuidaba te quedabas sin comer , la limpieza en la habitación regular , las sábanas no la cambiaban y en la ducha restos de arena sin limpiar , incluso el primer día nos dejaron la puerta abierta cuando terminaron de limpiarla ni se imagináis el susto al subir a la habitación y ver la puerta encajada con el ordenador del trabajo y dinero q teníamos en efectivo, no faltó nada pero porque no estaba en paso la puerta , estaba al final del pasillo y nadie pasaba por allí , como el par de cucaracha q me encontré una al lado de la cortina q puse matar y otra en la bañera .
Pienso q el hotel es muy bonito no está en zona de paso , está alejado de la civilización pero creo q sobre todo por esto debería tener más vida , animación para las personas q no puedan alquilar coche( q no fue nuestro caso) y no tienen más remedio q quedarse en el hotel
Yo personalmente cambiaría la calidad de la comida y poner al frente otra persona en la cocina q le de vida al buffet, animación para el hotel y sus clientes y un poco más de atención en la limpieza , un hotel tan bonito y de 4 estrellas no merece menos

La limpieza habitación no es diaria y tampoco hay amenities de baño, solo el 1r dia ponen una ridicula pastillita de jabon por persona y algo de gel de ducha en un dispensador de la bañera, las toallas justas y 1 rollo de papel wc para pasar 2 dias.... Enfin, podria continuar enumerando defectos pero también hay que reconocer que pagamos un precio muy barato para 6noches así que ponerse muy exigente no sería honesto, no volvería a este hotel tampoco por el ambiente, la clientela es mayormente ingleses de nefasta educación que se pasan el dia comiendo y bebiendo sin salir del hotel para nada, la animación nocturna es de pena y para ir al "gimnasio" ( 1 simple maquina multipower, algunas mancuernas y pequeño espacio de cardio) hay que reservar 1h el dia anterior y solo pueden ir 2 personas, digamos que te condiciona por el horario, cuando estas de vacaciones prefieres ir sobre la marcha y no planificar
