Free WiFi is available in public areas. The spacious, Alpine-style studio comes with a balcony, kitchenette, satellite TV, and bathroom. A ski storage and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are available on the lower floor. Free private parking is available at the Apartment Domizil Maria. The closest restaurant is 200 metres away, and cross-country ski runs are within 600 metres. The Tauern Spa is 1.6 km away, and Lake Zell is 7 km away. 2 golf courses are within 6 km.
          Please inform Apartment Domizil Maria in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
