Very good value basic accommodation, right in front of the gondola and bus stop. In the heart of the village. Near main restaurants and bars. Quite at night. Good fresh towels and bed linen.
Quite a steep slope up, there are two ways up, take the one with the gentler slope, the one nearest the Irish pub. Basic kitchen, no kettle or toaster.

If it snows, you can ski almost to the ticket office. Very close to the chairlift.

The location is a bit random; if it's snowing and you have to climb that hill loaded down, it's quite an ordeal, but I guess it counts as an adventure for that weekend. They take a very long time to return the deposit.

It was clean, the location is amazing, and people who complain about the climb to the apartment are usually travelling with family. I think this apartment is best suited for groups of friends or skiers; if you're here for sightseeing, I recommend a hotel. I think the value for money is excellent.

Yo considero que este apartamento es para venir con amigos o gente que viene a esquiar, si vienes a hacer turismo recomiendo un hotel. Relacion Calidad-Precio me parece muy bueno.
There was no toilet paper, so we had to buy some. They count a folding sofa as "two beds," which I find outrageous. A small, folding sofa that's quite dirty is no place for two people to sleep.
No habia papel y hemos tenido que comprar. Se cuenta como "2 camas" un sofa plegable, eso si me parece criminal. Un sofa pequeño plegable y bastante sucio no es sitio para que duerman 2 personas.

Our experience this year has been disastrous. We know the apartments are cheap and we won't find any luxuries, and indeed, we found quite a few defects, such as broken furniture, a broken doorknob, extremely uncomfortable mattresses, etc. But if that weren't enough, one of the rooms had fleas in the bed. When we contacted reception and told them that one of the guests staying there had been bitten, they told us in their first message that we must have brought them in from inside, since the apartments are disinfected regularly. Before the accommodation got back to us, we notified a cleaning person who was in the building, and they cleaned our apartment, finding dirty, worn-out socks under the beds, along with a lot of lint and dirt. When we discussed all this, they offered us a change of apartment, which turned out to be a worse apartment, without an oven, with even worse mattresses, and with the subsequent hassle of moving all our luggage.After several messages, they offered us compensation, which, while we accepted, we are convinced will not change the way they manage the apartments.

Sabemos que los apartamentos son baratos y que no vamos a encontrar lujos y, en efecto, encontramos bastantes desperfectos como: muebles rotos, pomo de la puerta roto, colchones incomodísimos, etc. Pero por si esto no fuera suficiente, en una de las habitaciones había pulgas en la cama. Al contactar con el servicio de recepción y contarle que habían picado a una de las personas que se alojaban allí, nos dijeron en un primer mensaje que las habríamos entrado de dentro, ya que los apartamentos se desinfectan cada vez. Al día siguiente esta persona volvió a despertar con más picaduras, esta vez de chinches (tenemos todo documentado con fotos y vídeos). Antes de que el alojamiento nos volviera a contestar, avisamos a una perosna de limpieza que se encontraba en el edificio e hizo una limpieza en nuestro apartamento, encontrando unos calcetines sucios y roídos debajo de las camas, además de muchísima pelusa y porquería. Al comentar todo esto, nos ofrecieron un cambio de apartamento, que resultó ser un apartamento peor, sin horno, con peores colchones si cabe y con el consecuente trajín de cambiar todo el equipaje. Después de varios mensajes, nos ofrecieron una compensación que, aunque aceptamos, estamos convencidos que no va a generar ningún cambio en su forma de gestión de los apartamentos.

The sink drain was leaking since we arrived and it was like that for two days. The shower drain was blocked and remained so throughout our stay, as well as the light in one of the rooms that never worked. Desde que chegamos o esgoto do lava louça estava a verter e esteve assim dois dias. O esgoto do duche estava entupido e assim continuou toda a estadia bem como a luz de um dos quartos que nunca funcionou. Desde mobiliário danificado que foi reparado com fita cola a uma cama com a estrutura partida, a torneiras presas com arames etc etc uma verdadeira comédia, chegamos a pensar senão seria um programa para os apanhados de tão caricata que foi experiência.

The cleaning...the floor was sticky and they were scrubbing it when we arrived (17:30h...we had to wait outside while they finished). The flat was going up a very steep slope and you couldn't get to the door by car (150m steep climb), in addition to being a 3rd floor with no lift. We were travelling with 3 children, so.... We paid for internet that never worked well, they didn't pay attention to the complaints or the reimbursement of what we paid for it.
La limpieza...el suelo estaba enganchoso todo y que lo estaban fregando cuando llegamos (17.30h...tubimos que esperar fuera mientras terminaban). El piso estaba subiendo una cuesta muy empinada y no se podia llegar en coche a la puerta (150m de subida pronunciada), además de ser un 3ro sin ascensor. Viajabamos con 3 niños, asi que.... Pagamos internet que no funcionó bien nunca, no hicieron caso a las reclamaciones ni al reembolso de lo que pagamos por el.

Horrible cleanliness - under the beds there was rubbish and dust that shouldn't have been cleaned in many weeks. The bedroom's double bed is small. The sofa bed in the living room is in very poor condition and its size is too small for 2 adults. The wi-fi login portal does not allow access by Android TV systems - however the speed is good and there is no problem accessing it with mobile phones or computers.

Cama de casal do quarto é pequena.
O sofá cama da sala está em muito mau estado e o seu tamanho é demasiado pequeno para 2 adultos.
