Located next to the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions of Seville, as well as a few kilometres from the city centre.

The accommodation was completely renovated in 2014, and they offer you a 24-hour reception service to assist you whenever you need it, free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heating, and car park (with charge).

All the bedrooms are designed for you to rest after a long day discovering Seville, so they have one or two beds, free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heating, and a free safe. In addition, the bathroom is complete with a shower or bathtub, amenities and a hair dryer.

For you to have an energetic breakfast, they offer you a buffet-style restaurant where you will find a wide selection of products and so you can choose the ones you like the most.. At noon they have a cafeteria open with a menu of snacks and tapas, and if you feel like having something to eat at night, you can do so in their restaurant.

In summer, in addition, for you to take a dip, they have a swimming pool on the terrace. You can also take the opportunity to sunbathe on their sun loungers, great!
