Although the check-in time is known, if due to transfers from other cities and traffic you arrive earlier and with a pet, I don't understand why, since there are free rooms and mine is clean, they wouldn't give us the room until exactly the check-in time... in other hotels, if it's already clean, they'll give it to you without a problem... and another negative thing is that there's no restaurant at midday.

I was very lucky. Going through Jump2spain was a bit scary, thinking that the hotel deals would be the worst rooms. However, I got one with excellent views of the port of Fuengirola on the 16th floor. Hopefully I will have the same luck again.

Small room size, tiny bathroom, old elevators, poor maintenance of room elements. It does not have a car park lot or give any facility from reception you have to look for life. In front of the hotel there is a car park lot but you have to manage it. It is not feasible not to take car park all blue zone.

No dispone de párquing ni dan ninguna facilidad des de recepción te tienes que buscar la vida. Delante mismo hay párquing pero te lo tienes que gestonar. The room had nothing to do with the photos, the bathroom we arrived and the shampoo and gel was almost empty, the door the second day did not close, a screw had fallen, we called the reception to warn us they told us that the technician would come up but no one came up, in fact we left and there was still the screw on the table, the receptionists were not nice, you ask them if they have car park and they answer as if it was obvious that they did not, and I say the receptionists because they were two gentlemen, Laura however was much nicer.
La habitación no tenia nada que ver con las fotos, el baño llegamos y estaba el champú y el gel casi vacío, la puerta el segundo día no cerraba, se había caído un tornillo, llamamos a recepción para avisarlo nos dijeron que subiría el Tecnico pero no subió nadie, de echo nos fuimos y ahí seguía el tornillo en la mesita, los recepcionistas nada agradables, les preguntas si tienen aparcamiento y te responden como si fuera obvio que no tenían, y digo los recepcionistas porque eran dos señores, Laura sin embargo fue bastante más simpática
