The house has a constructed area of 110 m2 and is ideal for families or small groups of friends, as it has 3 double rooms. One of the rooms has two single beds, the second one a bunk, and the other, which is in a loft, has a double bed and air conditioning. Both rooms have a closet and are spacious. In the house there is a bathroom with shower. On the terrace in front of the 15 m2 house there is a table with four chairs, the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. In the living room you can also rest in the comfortable seats, surf the Internet (WIFI) or watch TV. The independent kitchen has everything you need: toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, gas cooker, refrigerator and much more. Pets are allowed. The farm has an area of 2700 m2 surrounding the house and the pool area with a Mediterranean garden, without lawn. The pool, 7 x 5 m, is chlorine and has a maximum depth of 2.2 meters. Next to the pool you will find an area with four sun beds so you can relax sunbathing. They have access to a mobile gas barbecue to cook outside. In the garden you will find a variety of fruit trees such as orange, fig, medlar, etc., which you can enjoy depending on the season. The location of this house is perfect since in a short time you can access anywhere on the island. Of course, you will need a car since the nearest bus stop is 650 m away, in Campanet. In the village you will also find supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The nearest hospital is 8 km away in Inca.
