Location and possibility of all-inclusive, the best if you want to unwind for a few days to not move with the entertainment, the cove (if you practice or start snorkeling, great), a short distance from any of the other 2 beaches. The mattresses have been changed (we stayed there a couple of years ago and everything was much better -cleanliness, attention...- but the mattresses took points away from everything else, the truth is, now it's something else, nothing special, but much better)
Ubicación y posibilidad de todo incluido, lo mejor si quieres desconectar unos días para no moverte con la animación, la cala (si practicas o inicias en snorkel, genial), a poca distancia de cualquiera de las otras 2 playas.
Han cambiado los colchones (estuvimos hace un par de años y todo era mucho mejor -limpieza, atención...- pero los colchones quitaban puntos a todo lo demás, la verdad, ahora es otra cosa, nada del otro mundo, pero muuuucho mejor)
Cleanliness in general (dining room, bedrooms, terrace...), but affecting the bathroom, my goodness, the screen with mold (who knows when), I had to buy bleach to give it to the bathtub because the brown streaks were there, in front, I just rinsed the little brush in the room, I added bleach, rubbed, let it act and... much better, of course, that was not for a day, or a week, or... well, better not think (I took photos, I have them if you want to see them). The crystals, doors and cabinets with the same prints throughout the stay. The terrace walls should look white and you can only see brown from the sand embedded in the plaster on the wall (which I suppose you can sweep with a clean brush and every time the customer leaves, you can brush with a bucket of water, of course this is time, but...); In the bed we found a little silver fish, I think it's called, adult size, I didn't have much qualms because they come out due to the humidity and of course this is there in Calpe... but a vacuum cleaner.... It would prevent them from escaping at cleaning time (as a suggestion, I know it's more uncomfortable to bring and bring) Sooooo hot at breakfast (this time we had only bed and breakfast, the previous stay all included) The cleaners, waiters in the dining room, well, tired of life, anyone has a bad day, but.... the three days with the same faces, seeing that you are waiting for them to clean and set up a table and they clean and set up another ..... well ... a little reluctance in this staff. The receptionist for the shift on Thursday the 20th at 14:30h is not really attentive, correct, but already... the previous stay, nothing to do with it, super friendly and super attentive.... The truth is somewhat disappointed in this sense, or perhaps having too much confidence in the position, this type of situation also tends to occur. As they did with the mattresses, the rooms urgently need reform throughout, starting with the doors, the kitchen furniture and the sofa bed (perhaps the "beautiful" curtains should also have a different look..... The truth is that it's a shame, we like the place, but we left a little disappointed. Well, I hope that these notes, suggestions, or whatever you want to call it help you to improve some areas of your hotel.
Limpieza en general (comedor, habitaciones, terraza....), pero incidir en el baño, madre mía, la mampara con moho (de a saber cuándo), tuve que comprar lejía para darle a la bañera porque los churretes marrones estaban ahí, en en frente, tan sólo enjuagué el cepillito de la habitación, eché lejía, froté, dejé actuar y ... muuuucho mejor, claro, eso no era de un día, ni de una semana, ni ... bueno mejor no pensar (eché fotos, las tengo si las queréis ver).
Los cristales, las puertas y los armarios con las mismas huellas toda la estancia.
Las paredes de la terraza deberían verse blancas y tan sólo se ven marrones de la arena incrustada en el enfoscado de la pared (que supongo que con un cepillo limpio se podrá barrer y cada vez que se va el cliente, se podrá pasar cepillo con cubo de agua, claro que esto es tiempo, pero.....); en la cama encontramos un pececillo de plata, creo que se llama, tamaño adulto, no me dió mucho reparo porque salen por la humedad y claro esto ahí en Calpe... pero una aspiradora... evitaría que se escaparan a la hora de la limpieza (como sugerencia, ya sé que es más incómoda de llevar y traer)
Muuuuucho calor en el desayuno (esta vez no teníamos más que alojamiento y desayuno, la estancia anterior todo incluido)
Los limpiadores/as, camareros/as del comedor, pues eso, cansados de la vida, un día malo lo tiene cualquiera, pero.... los tres días con las mismas caras, viendo que estás esperando a que te limpien y monten una mesa y ellos/as limpiando y montando otra..... en fin... un poco de desgana en este personal.
La recepcionista del turno del jueves 20 a las 14:30 la verdad que no muy atenta, correcta, pero ya.. la estancia anterior, nada que ver, super amables y super atentos... la verdad algo decepcionados en este sentido, ó tal vez tener demasiada confianza en el puesto, también suele dar este tipo de situaciones.
Tal y como hicieron con los colchones, las habitaciones necesitan reforma con urgencia en toda ella, empezando por la puertas, el mobiliario de la cocina y el sofá cama (tal vez las cortinas de "bonito" también deberían tener otro aire.....
La verdad que es una pena, el sitio nos gusta, pero salimos un poco desencantados.
Bueno, espero que etas anotaciones, sugerencia, o cómo lo queráis llamar sirvan para que podáis mejorar algunos ámbitos de vuestro hotel.

The room and bathroom although old, very spacious.
La habitación y el baño aunque viejos, muy amplios.
the hotel is very old; poor organization in the dining room, many queues that could be avoided; the pool is always busy, it is small for so many people; very hot in the main areas (bar, restaurant, reception, bathrooms...) It is expensive for what it is.
el hotel está muy viejo; mala organización en el comedor, se forman muchas colas que se podrían evitar; la piscina siempre petada, es pequeña para tanta gente; muchísimo calor en las zonas comunes (bar, restaurante, receoción, baños...) Es caro para lo que es.
