All apartments have initial cleaning upon arrival, bed linen (with weekly change at reception), television and balcony with exterior views. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator and the necessary utensils.

Upon your arrival you must pay a deposit of € 150 / apartment, this will be returned to you upon your departure if after reviewing the apartment it is in the proper condition.

Also, remember that if you are going to arrive outside the established hours, you must notify the complex in advance in order to manage the delivery of keys. To take into account the additional supplements for late or early arrivals:

• Delivery of keys from 09: 00h are € 35.
• Key delivery from 1:30 p.m. is € 20.
• Keys delivery until 10:00 p.m. without additional charge.
• Delivery of keys from 22:01 to 00:00 are € 20.
• Delivery of keys from 00: 00h are € 35.
