          We were charged for car park and the car was left parked outside on the street in front of the hotel, because when we arrived at the car park lot at night, there was no free space in the car park lot.

          The staff is very friendly and the room is comfortable, especially the bed.

          The shower worked terribly, you either shower with ice water, or with burning water. It's a bit noisy, the hallway is small and you hear all the elevator traffic. Breakfast is very simple, something basic to get by.

          Stay of 11!!!! Phenomenal!!! Great treatment by all the hotel staff, very friendly, they advised us and always very cheerful, very tasty breakfast and everything you wanted, very clean and nice bedrooms, comfortable mattresses and bed linen and towels white as coconut. The deal included many things. Lisbon is beautiful, no doubt we will come back soon and to this hotel !!!! We had a wonderful time, we were very satisfied.

          Very disappointing experience with Amimir.com. I paid around AED 300 and received a confirmed hotel booking, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
