Our experience at the Best Hotel San Francisco was generally good, although the food left a lot to be desired. Dinner was the only highlight; however, lunch was truly disappointing: very little variety, small portions, and most of the buffet trays were empty by the time we reached the dining room. The only alternative was the show cooking, where there was a long line as there was only one person cooking, doing their best to serve everyone. Furthermore, the menu was very limited: almost always just hamburgers or fish. We believe it would be important to include more variety, especially different types of meat. As for the room, it was excellent: spacious, comfortable, with large beds and a choice of soft or firm pillows. We also emphasized that no noise was heard at night, which allowed for a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly throughout. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to provide more information at check-in about hotel services, how to contact reception from your room in case of any issues, etc.These are small details that make a difference in a four-star hotel. Finally, it would be advisable to add more umbrellas around the pool and improve the quality of the current ones. Many are broken or not properly secured to their supports, so they easily blow away in the wind. It would be ideal if this aspect were reviewed and taken into account to improve guest comfort. Nuestra experiencia en el Best Hotel San Francisco, en términos generales, ha sido buena, aunque la parte de la comida deja bastante que desear. Las cenas eran lo único destacable; sin embargo, las comidas fueron realmente decepcionantes: muy poca variedad, raciones escasas y la mayoría de bandejas del buffet estaban vacías al llegar al comedor. Como alternativa, solo quedaba recurrir al showcooking, donde había una larga cola ya que solo había una persona cocinando, haciendo lo posible por atender a todos. Además, la oferta era muy limitada: casi siempre solo hamburguesa o pescado. Creemos que sería importante incluir más variedad, especialmente diferentes tipos de carne.
En cuanto a la habitación, fue excelente: amplia, cómoda, con camas grandes y opción de almohada blanda o dura. También destacamos que por la noche no se oía ningún ruido, lo cual permitió un buen descanso.
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Como sugerencia, en el check-in sería útil ofrecer algo más de información sobre los servicios del hotel, cómo contactar con recepción desde la habitación ante cualquier incidencia, etc. Son pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia en un hotel de cuatro estrellas.
Como último punto, sería recomendable añadir más sombrillas en la zona de la piscina y mejorar la calidad de las actuales. Muchas están rotas o no se fijan correctamente al soporte, por lo que con el viento se vuelan con facilidad. Sería ideal que este aspecto se revisara y se tuviera en cuenta para mejorar la comodidad de los huéspedes.
Aunque la experiencia ha sido buena en general no creo que repitamos en la cadena Best…

Food!! Of all the restaurants we've been to in this chain, this is by far the worst. Paella is served every day for lunch and dinner, with little variety and repetitive food, spoiled mushrooms, and the only food I ate was grilled, and there were long lines. De los que hemos estado de esta cadena, el peor pero con mucha diferencia, todos los días paella para comer y cenar, poca variedad de comida repetitiva, champiñones en mal estado, lo único que yo comía era a la plancha y se formaban mucha cola, sólo un cocinero y claro como había cola no podías decirle que poco hecho y todo estaba muy pero que muy hecho.
No lo aconsejo para nada, pk al final nos planteamos comer fuera, y para sólo dormir y desayunar hay más baratos.
