          I give this site a big fat zero
          I give this site a big fat zero I was searching for a hotel and I came across magnificent Mile downtown Chicago. I picked the dates 29th 30th 31st and the price came out to $39. Once I paid my money to book the stay they send me confirmation and at bottom it say you will have to pay $245.89 for a resort fee wtf you mean a resort fee that wasn't started before I paid my money

          Very easy and clear process to book an hotel in Rome. I found the cheapest option here compared to other booking platforms. It was very clear that there were tourist taxes to be paid directly to the hotel while it wasn't that clear on other booking platforms. Excellent experience overall.

          We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The employés were all very kind and helpfull. The room was clean and looked nice and also the restaurant. We liked the breakfast, there was a lot of variation to eat. Definitely recommend this place!

          In my opinion: 10 out of 10. Why? 1. Proximity to the sea (visible from the window). 2. Quiet at night, no one disturbs my sleep, excellent mattress. 3.           Warning! This is total fraud, first they send you the confirmation, but then they say that you need to provide "ceritificate of the ownership of the card" (this is the first time I hear something like this), and then REFUSE TO REFUND. In other words, it's an organized crime. I will denounce them to Spanish authorities ASAP, I can't believe a Spanish established company can behave this way.
