It was impossible to sleep because the electrical panel was vibrating violently. The buzzing caused by the faulty part prevented us from resting. This point is crucial. We left completely exhausted. The spa circuit is a scam to attract customers and then lead them to complete disappointment. We booked access to the circuit for 5 PM and were warned that there were already two people booked, which was the maximum capacity of the space. We replied that this was fine. Shortly after 5 PM, when we left the Turkish bath, there were seven people in the space. Everything occupied and almost double the capacity indicated at the time of booking. Faced with this absurdity, we left the place and returned to the room. They set the rules to attract customers and then do nothing to ensure they are followed. A SCAM. We pay for a service that we then find ourselves unable to enjoy. After complaining to reception, we received a timid apology, as if that would minimize the mistake and disappointment with the service.

Marcamos o acesso ao circuito para as 17H e fomos advertidos que já existam 2 pessoa marcadas o que perfazia a lotação máxima do espaço. Respondemos que nao havia problema nisso. Pouco depois das 17H quando saíamos do banho turco, havia 7 PESSOAS no espaço. Tudo ocupado e quase o dobro da lotação indicada aquando da marcação. Perante este absurdo, saímos do local e regressámos ao quarto. Colocam as regras para atrair os clientes e depois nao fazem nada para garantir que sao cumpridas. UM ENGODO. Pagamos por um serviço que depois nos vemos impossibilitados de usufruir. Depois de termos reclamado junto da recepção, recebemos um pedido de desculpas, tímido, como se isso minimizasse o engano e a decepção pelo serviço.
