          The Half Board was terrible, the dinner had very little variety and little food. The room was super old, the bathroom was from the 12th century, the bathtub, the taps were super old. The bidet was off the floor, the shower constantly dripped water. Old and scratched doors. The cleanliness is very poor. It doesn't deserve to be a hotel? By the way, the lights in the room went up and down in intensity by themselves...without knowing why...Ah!!! And the hair straightener in the bathroom didn't work, it didn't have enough power....shameful!!!!
          La media pensión fatal,la cena muy poco variedad y comida escasa.La habitación super vieja,el baño del siglo XII,bañera ,la grifería super antigua.El bidet estaba despegado del suelo,la ducha goteaba agua constantemente.Puertas antiguas y arañadas.La limpieza muy escasa .No se merece ser un hotel ,le dejo unay es maa bien por la ubicación ,nada más,pero mas bien es comparable con un hostal.Ah!!! Por cierto las luces de la habitación subían y bajaban de intensidad solas ....sin saber a cuento de que...Ah!!! Y la plancha del pelo en el baño no funcionaba no tenía suficiente potencia....vergonzoso vaya !!!!

          Aunque tal vez uno piense que la relación calidad-precio no es buena si te gusta lo antiguo este hotel te va a enamorar porque parece que quedó petrificado en 1974 y es una verdadera gozada pasear por un hotel tan kistch yvintage como los de antes.
          No sé si es mi edad pero la cama la verdad es que me dejó baldado aunque por todo lo que digo en el apartado anterior repetiría sin duda. por otro lado aunque es un 4 estrellas los precios son quizás elevados para lo que ofrece. De todos modos creo que se compensa por la experiencia de viaje al pasado que ofrecen

          El hotel no tiene accesos adecuados para discapacitados ni para llevar maletas pesadas. Dependiendo de la planta en la que te alojen y de donde quieras ir tienes que estar cambiando constantemente de ascensores. Las almohadas son muy incomodas.

          El hotel está bien aunque necesita un cambio de mobiliario pues están ya deteriorados por El Paso de los años, el desayuno bufet abundante y bueno , el personal del restaurante muy amable . Vistas privilegiadas y ubicación muy buena .
          Debería actualizarse mobiliario , la habitación estuve 5 días y solo dos hicieron limpieza , la persona que nos recibió en recepción un poco borde imagino un mal día, pedimos una cama de matrimonio y fue imposible , al final nosotros mismos juntamos dos camas .
